As an important link in the production and operation process of an enterprise,procurement activities are getting more and more attention.Supplier management derived from procurement management is the top priority of the company's management activities,and its management level directly affects the sales and profits of the enterprise.Meanwhile,the competition between enterprises has a single node boundary blurring.Enterprises in the supply chain with the other competition between enterprises in supply chain are more deeply rooted in the hearts of people.And the supplier is an important node in the supply chain,which role in supply chain co-ordination is increasingly important.Supplier management has become one of the important means for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.As the leading domestic non-woven industry enterprise,J company has launched the main board listing journey in 2017.Under the background of the increasingly strict and detailed supervision of the current regulatory bodies and the higher requirements for the internal control norms of enterprises,how to optimize the current supplier management of J company is an insurmountable gap in front of the company management level.The purpose of this paper is to answer three questions:Firstly,what are the problems and reasons of the current supplier management situation of J company;Secondly,how to optimize the current supplier management situation of J company and put forward some measures;Thirdly,how to ensure the efficient operation of the final supplier management optimization measures.It is not possible to explore supplier management without purchasing management and supply chain management,otherwise it is easy to get a glimpse.This paper makes a systematic discussion on domestic and foreign procurement management theory,supply chain management theory and supplier management theory,obtaining five problem-solving tools and methods to form the theoretical basis for optimizing the supplier management of J company,and using these theories to optimize the supplier management problems proposed by the third-party auditors in the listing process of J company.It mainly includes:reclassifying suppliers through matrix classification,and proposing corresponding management strategies;through the SIPOC model,the process of supplier evaluation and selection could be re-organized to prevent and control the risk of single decision;six sigma methodology is used to extend supplier quality management,and statistical methods are used to influence and improve the manufacturing process of suppliers;through the analytic hierarchy process to optimize the supplier performance appraisal system,and establish a performance feedback mechanism;the theory of supplier integration is used to construct supplier relationship management and strengthen the synergistic effect between supplier and supplier.There are two aspects of innovation:the first is to combine theory with practice,putting forward a package of feasible supplier management optimization scheme,which can better combine the concerns of enterprises and the interests of suppliers.The second is to provide the supplier system management for the process material manufacturing enterprises..This paper focuses on exploring a general innovative approach to the improvement of supplier management by applying the systematic approach of supplier management to firms similar to J company.
