A Study On Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Shared Bicycle

With the development and application of Internet technology,sharing economy has become a new economic development model,and New Service Industries such as"Didi" and sharing bicycles have emerged.Bike-sharing can effectively ease traffic congestion,parking spaces are hard to find,Metro transfer bus station and the station is not connected to other urban traffic problems,convenient for people to travel short distances,popular among the public.In addition,the bike-sharing,low-carbon and environmentally friendly way of cycling,in line with people's pursuit of a healthy lifestyle,can become one of the ways for people to keep fit,strengthen the physical quality of residents,while reducing the number of private car trips,reduce the pollution of automobile exhaust to the environment,improve the air quality of people's living space.However,at present,the development of the bicycle-sharing industry is facing a bottleneck period.The development of the bicycle-sharing industry has encountered difficulties.It is in a dilemma of cost,profit and operation.In order to make the bicycle-sharing industry develop healthily,continuously and steadily,and analyze the problems it is encountering in its current development,it is necessary to explore the root of the problem and put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.After analyzing the macro-environment,industrial environment and competitive environment of the shared bicycle industry,it is concluded that there is room for improvement in product level,platform system level and management level.Taking mobike as an example,this paper analyzes the practical difficulties faced by mobike in operation with the method of Swot,studies the countermeasures to overcome the difficulties,and summarizes the feasible countermeasures for the healthy and stable development of the bike-sharing industry.The paper is divided into six chapters:the first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter is the related concept and theoretical basis;the third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of bike-sharing industry;the Fourth Chapter is the exploration and practice of mobike;The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions for the healthy and stable development of bike-sharing industry.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.Based on the analysis of the environment of the bike-sharing industry and the development status quo of mobike companies,it is concluded that in the early stage of the development of bike-sharing companies,the aim is to occupy the market quickly,blindly in the major cities of the country quickly put a large number of bicycles,ignoring the product itself and platform system development,so that malicious damage to bicycles,stolen bicycles are common.The large number of bicycles put into the enterprise makes the supervision of users'cycling behavior disadvantageous,and the vehicle scheduling and maintenance efficiency is low.The vicious low-price competition among enterprises makes it difficult for the bicycle-sharing enterprises to make a profit and maintain their livelihood.In order to make the bike-sharing industry develop healthily and stably,this paper puts forward that we should win the support of the government,make it create a harmonious and friendly market competition environment for the bike-sharing industry,and give some subsidies to the bike-sharing enterprises,to promote the long-term development of enterprises;to share resources among enterprises operating shared bicycles;to pay attention to technological innovation;to excavate and cultivate talents to improve the competitiveness of enterprises;to innovate the mode of profit and other countermeasures.
