Study On Production Efficiency Of Facility Vegetable’s Business Entities In Tianjin

Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy and the deepening of the supply-side reform of agriculture,it is imperative to promote the development of rural industries.Tianjin’s vegetable industry plays an important role in the primary industry,and improving its production efficiency determines the future of the vegetable industry.From ordinary farmers to new agricultural management entities,the business entities of production and management of Tianjin vegetable industry has undergone profound changes,and the changes in each business entity have profoundly affected the development of Tianjin’s vegetable industry and its production efficiency.Through field research on the production and management of vegetable business entities in Tianjin,it was found that both the ordinary farmers who grow vegetables and the new agricultural management entities have some factors that restrict the improvement of production efficiency in the production and operation process.The overall benefit of the vegetable industry in Tianjin is low,which affects the production enthusiasm of the business entities of vegetable production and management to varying degrees,and even hinders the overall development of the vegetable industry in Tianjin.Based on the above research purposes,the business entities of vegetable management in Tianjin is the research object,and the problems in the vegetable industry and even the development of modern agriculture are found,and the suggestions for optimization are proposed,which will have important practical significance for the development of vegetable industry in Tianjin.The specific research content of this thesis is as follows:The first chapter expounds the research background,research purpose and research significance of the thesis,and introduces the research content and possible innovations of the thesis.The second chapter focuses on the theoretical basis of the thesis and defines the detailed and specific research of the vegetable business subject.The third chapter finds through the field research that the development status of Tianjin’s vegetable industry is: vegetable industry develops steadily and fluctuates,agricultural engineering promotes the development of Tianjin vegetable industry,vegetable production breaks through seasonal restrictions,there are many varieties but there are few high-quality specialty vegetables.The development status of the business entities is as follows:the number of vegetable agriculture leading enterprises is large,and the overall strength isstrong,but the radiation of the farmers’ professional cooperatives,family farms and farmers is generally used;the vegetable cooperatives develop rapidly,showing the development of production areas.The scale of cooperatives is relatively small;the number of registered farms is large,but the registered capital is quite different,and the gap between family farms is large;the main business owners of big growers are mostly “husband and wife”,or one person is mainly engaged in farming.When hiring a short-term labor force to help,there are very few long-term employees;ordinary farmers have certain fixed assets,but the scale of operations is small.The fourth chapter firstly processed the data obtained,and then used DEA-BCC model to measure the production efficiency of different vegetable business entities,and analyzed the production efficiency of different vegetable business entities according to the calculation results.According to the analysis results in Chapter 4,the chapter puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions: to improve the effective organization level of vegetable growers,to promote the maximum utility of different business entities,to accelerate the cultivation of professional vegetable production and management.Increase financial support for vegetable cultivation and the extension of vegetable industry chain,in order to provide reference for the healthy development of Tianjin vegetable industry.The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions of this paper,analyzes the inadequacies of this paper and conducts future research outlook.
