The Study On Vegetable Production Efficiency Evaluation In Shandong Province

Vegetables are resident consumer goods.Vegetables in our country at the same time take to relieve the pressure on rural resources,promote the farmers' income.Among them,Shandong vegetable have high quality and low price,occupies the more and more important position.However,along with the advancement of urbanization,Shandong have profound changes taken place in the structure of vegetable production.Vegetable industry practitioner decline year by year,but high quality vegetable volume is increasing,the contradiction between vegetablessupply and demand is more and more prominent.In face of the instabilityvegetable production speedcaused by the high operating costs,some scholars put forward the efficient vegetablesproduction in Shandong province.Therefore,reasonable evaluation statusof the vegetable production in Shandong province,activevegetable production effect,achieve the balance between supply and demand of vegetable production resources is particularly important.Given the vegetable production efficiency to launch the important role of agricultural modernization in our province,this paper invasive the angle of vegetable input and output,using the statistical methods index selection of factor analysis into the optimization of output combination index system.On this basis,summarized and put forward the DEA-TFP-CCR index evaluation model of Shandong vegetable production efficiency.Using the characteristics of CCR decomposition driving factors,measuringon 2001~2014vegetable production efficiencyin Shandong province.The results show that the vegetable in Shandong province on 2001~2014 total factor of production is relatively reasonable,only in 2010 and 2012 two years data presents the negative growth phenomenon.Due tolargelatitude acrossin Shandong province,there is a certain deviation inof the Shandong east and the west.Hereby using DEA-malmquist index give full consideration evaluation Jinan17 cities vegetable efficiency.Among them,Weifang vegetable production efficiency compared with other regions in Shandong province has obvious advantages;Weihai,Binzhou vegetable production efficiency is relatively low.Evaluation results was basically consistent in our province with vegetable production reality,has certain practical value.Based on the quantitative results,puts forward the residents live in our province and even the whole country's healthy and giving some development advice.
