Community Participation In Rural Tourism Development Research In Jinta County, Gansu Province

With the enhancement of China's comprehensive national strength,the continuous expansion of middle-income groups,the increasing individualization and diversification of the people's consumer demand,coupled with China's adherence to the economic development strategy of expanding domestic demand,major changes have taken place in the holiday system.The statutory holidays and weekend breaks have also increased from 60 days in the past to 115 days now.Tourism has been chosen as a leisure and recreational way.With more and more people,tourism has gradually become an important part of people's daily life.There are many ways of tourism,among which rural tourism is a typical one.Many people choose rural tourism because of nostalgia,distance,cost and other reasons.The rural tourism market develops rapidly and has a strong momentum.However,in the process of rural tourism development,the interests of the community are often neglected,which leads to contradictions between the development of community and rural tourism and hinders the development of tourism.Therefore,we should consider the issue of tourism development from the perspective of community participation,establish an effective mechanism of community participation in rural tourism development,change the government's thinking,improve the awareness of community residents' participation,give priority to ensuring the interests of community residents,and seek the common development of rural tourism and community.Taking Hongguang Village in Jinta County as an example,this paper finds out the problems of community participation in rural tourism development in Jinta County through studying the ways of community participation in rural tourism development,villagers' cognition,income and satisfaction,and seeks solutions and Countermeasures to promote sustainable development of rural tourism in Jinta County.
