Research On Agricultural Insurance Supporting The Development Of Agricultural Industrialization In Henan Province

Henan Province is a traditional agricultural province,agriculture plays a vital role in the economic development of the province.Agricultural insurance as a means to prevent agricultural risks,Henan Province in 2007 promulgated the "pilot program of policy-based agricultural insurance",the province's agricultural insurance rapidly launched.It plays an important role in ensuring agricultural production and dispersing agricultural risks.Due to the warm temperate monsoon climate and complicated climate conditions in Henan Province,drought,waterlogging,hail and other natural disasters often occur,which will have a very serious impact on agriculture.In recent years,Henan Province has vigorously developed agricultural industrialization and cultivated more than 70 new types of agriculture.Industrialization cluster,key leading enterprises about 6600,further strengthen the foundation of agricultural industrialization.With the continuous development of agricultural industrialization,each chain will continue to appear some new risks,making these risks more complex and centralized.Therefore,it is very important to develop and innovate agricultural insurance.Based on the current situation of agricultural insurance supportingagricultural industrialization in Henan Province,this paper takes Henan wheat insurance as an example to analyze how agricultural insurance supports the development of wheat industry and the existing problems.Then we use empirical method to test the relationship between agricultural insurance and agricultural industrialization,and give some suggestions to solve the problem.In this artical,theoretical,empirical and case analysis methods are used to study agricultural insurance supporting agricultural industrialization in Henan province.Firstly,this paper introduces the research on agricultural insurance supporting agricultural industrialization at home and abroad,which provides a thought for the research of this paper.Then,it expounds the theoretical basis of agricultural insurance supporting agricultural industrialization.Then,on the basis of introducing the current situation of agricultural insurance supporting agricultural industrialization in Henan province,taking Henan wheat insurance as an example,this paper analyzes how wheat insurance supports the development of wheat industry and some existing problems.And selected the related representative index of agricultural industrialization and agricultural insurance,and applied it.The relationship between the demand and supply of agricultural insurance and each index of agricultural industrialization is analyzed dynamically by grey relational model.Finally,in view of the above for the agricultural insurance of Henan Province to support the development of agricultural industrialization to give some specific suggestions.It is found that agricultural insurance can effectively disperse the risks in the process of agricultural industrialization,and the development of agricultural industrialization effectively promotes the demand for agricultural insurance.In the case of Henan wheat insurance,it is concluded that wheat insurance promotes the development of wheat industry.But,there are some issues in this process,such as the lack of farmers' insurance consciousness,the failure of insurance products to meet the needs of industrialization and the low level of operation and management of insurance institutions.In this paper,six indexes of agricultural industrialization andtwo indexes of agricultural insurance are selected,and the grey correlation analysis shows that there is a strong correlation between agricultural insurance and agricultural industrialization,and the relationship between agricultural industrialization and agricultural industrialization is positive.The correlation degree of industrial insurance demand is greater than that of agricultural insurance supply.That is,the demand for agricultural insurance is more important to the industrialization of agriculture.Based on the actual situation in Henan Province,this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures of agricultural insurance to support the development of agricultural industrialization,such as promoting the development of agricultural industrialization in Henan Province and developing new insurance products suitable for industrialization.To promote the development of agricultural insurance under industrialization by actively popularizing new technology and raising farmers' consciousness of insurance.
