Research On The Old-age Insurance Of "Medical-maintenance Combination" In China

In recent years,with the continuous development of China's economy,great changes have taken place in the economic structure and social structure,at the same time,some social phenomena have also been triggered.Among them,the most prominent problem is how to provide for the aged in our country.As an old-fashioned topic,providing for the aged occupies an important position in our daily life.Under the severe situation of aging population,the old-age pension model of "combining medical care with maintenance" has become the main trend in the planning and construction of the old-age community."The combination of medical care and support" is the integration of medical resources and endowment resources,so as to promote the coordinated development of medical care and endowment.In recent years,Taikang Life Insurance Company and China Life Insurance Company have established a large-scale old-age insurance community of "combination of medical care and maintenance" and actively explored a new "combination of medical care and maintenance" old-age pension model,which has achieved remarkable results in the development of this model.However,there are still some shortcomings in the process of implementing the "combination of health care" insurance for the elderly community.Looking forward to the future,the old-age insurance of "combination of medical care and maintenance" will be recognized by the elderly and even the whole society,and its shortcomings and problems will gradually be solved.Finally,the general requirement of the aged people for the "combination of medical care and nursing" can be achieved.This paper systematically studies the problems related to the new type of old-age insurance in China,which is the "combination of medical care and maintenance" insurance.This paper is divided into six parts for detailed explanation.The first part,firstly,takes the background and significance of this study as an introduction.At the same time,on the basis of the literature review at home and abroad,it determines the paper structure of the "combination of medical care and maintenance" endowment insurance in China.Then the research methods and contents of this paper areintroduced.Finally,the innovation of this paper is summarized,and the shortcomings are also explained.The second part takes Taikang Insurance Group as an example to introduce a new type of old-age community,which combines medical care with maintenance.The third part is the development status of Taikang old-age community.On this basis,it explains the development significance of the "combination of medical care and maintenance" old-age community.The fourth part mainly elaborates the current situation of the development of the old-age insurance of the combination of medical care and maintenance in our country,and analyses the existing problems in its development process.The fifth part is to analyze the feasibility and necessity of developing the old-age insurance of the combination of medical care and maintenance in our country.The last part of this paper is to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of "medical and maintenance combined" old-age insurance in China.
