Research On Key Drivers Of Non-Core Enterprises' Reverse Innovation In Industrial Innovation Network

Networking is an important trend of innovation development in many industries,especialy in emerging industries.Due to the development of innovation and networking,enterprises in an industry have a core and non-core distinction.The core enterprise is the leading enterprise in the industrial innovation network,while the non-core enterprise is the follower and participant in the industrial innovation network.What we often see in the real world is that the core business of an industry is constantly changing.Innovation is the key to maintain the core competitiveness of an enterprise.Innovation in the traditional sense always occurs first in developed countries.With the acceleration of the globalization process and the rise of emerging markets,more and more innovations are initiated by developing countries and then spread backwards to developed countries.However,since the research on reverse innovation in the industrial innovation network is a new topic,the existing research mostly stays on the innovation network itself and the related issues of core enterprises in the network.The biggest deficiency of the existing research lies in the neglect of the change phenomenon of core enterprises and non-core enterprises in the industrial innovation network,thus neglecting the review of the key driving factors of the reverse innovation phenomenon in the network,and paying less attention to the development of non-core enterprises in the network.Based on the National biomedical industry,this paper adopts quantitative research methods to explore the key driving factors of reverse innovation of non-core enterprises in the National biomedical industry innovation network in order to identify non-core enterprises in the biomedical industry.Research on the key driving factors of non-core enterprises.Through CNKI as the data source,this paper uses advanced search to retrieve the patent cooperation data of China's biomedical industry.Using UCINET,the most classic social network analysis method and best known to scholars at home and abroad,portrays the topological structure of the innovative network and identifies the core degree of enterprises in the industrial innovationnetwork.Then the research on the phenomenon of reverse innovation of non-core enterprises in the industrial innovation network is carried out.A systematic study of the key driving factors of reverse innovation of non-core enterprises in the industrial innovation network is based on the following steps:(1)Construct the influencing factors system of entrepreneurship,industrial policy and market demand,which includes 26 three-level indicators.(2)A 26*26 questionnaire was designed according to 26 three-level indicators and the correlations of influencing factors.Scholars,enterprise executives and government managers were asked to implement a 0-4 scoring mechanism based on the correlations of each factor.(3)transform and deblur the judgment results of experts on the correlation of influencing factors;(4)the comprehensive influence matrix obtained by MATLAB software was used to explore influence degree D,influence degree R,center degree D+R and cause degree d-r through experimental decision analysis.Five key influencing factors are identified,which are: whether the innovative thinking is active,the familiarity of market changes,whether the business model of enterprises is perfect,whether the supporting policies are diversified,and the competitiveness of enterprises in the market competition.(5)the reachable matrix is obtained through integrated analysis and MATLAB software processing.According to the reachable matrix,the influencing factors system of reverse innovation of non-core enterprises in the industrial innovation network is divided into four levels,and the mechanism of influencing factors at different levels is discussed.To a certain extent,this paper enriches the research results of the reverse innovation proposition of non-core enterprises in industrial innovation network,provides key factors for non-core enterprises to carry out innovation activities,expand and occupy the market,and has a far-reaching impact on the long-term development of enterprises and even the whole industry..
