Thailand proposed the Lancang-Mekong Sub-Sustainable Development Initiative in 2012.By the 17 th China-ASEAN Leaders Meeting in November 2014,Premier Li Keqiang proposed the establishment of the Lancang-Mekong dialogue and cooperation mechanism. On March 23,2016,the first leaders meeting of the cooperation among 6 countries was successfully held in Sanya,Hainan.Premier Li Keqiang and the leaders of the five governments attended the ceremony and announced the official launch of the cooperation mechanism. With the development of the regional economy, the contradiction between the expansion of trade scale and the backwardness of infrastructure level is highlighted.China's “Belt and Road Initiative”(BRI)policy is in line with the concept of "Lancang-Mekong Cooperation" mechanism, and the foundation of the region is improved.Facility construction and promotion of trade facilitation will further expand the influence of the "Lancang-Mekong Cooperation" mechanism. This article expounds the traditional trade theory and the trade effect theory of infrastructure, and integrates the infrastructure level of the Mekong River countries into the international trade theory framework. It analyzes the trade effect of the infrastructure construction of the Mekong River Basin and is divided into five chapters. The paper focuses on the background and significance of the research, describes the research content and framework of the article, analyzes the innovations and shortcomings of the article, and collates the domestic and international literature review and evidence related to the infrastructure. The second chapter is the theoretical model derivation. The main contents include: regional integration theory, common market theory and infrastructure and trade relevance theory. The third chapter describes the status quo of trade and infrastructure. It compares the trade cooperation and infrastructure between China and the Mekong River countries, and collates information from different countries, regions and time periods to compare and finally develop infrastructure and trade.Analyze.The fourth chapter, through empirical analysis, firstly sorts out the infrastructure standards of each country, proposes an extended gravity model based on the original data, and adds various factors affecting export trade to the model, and uses the method of quantitative regression to Quantitative analysis of the impact of facilities and related variables on trade volume, and finally concluded that, except for railway infrastructure indicators, the impact on trade is not significant, other infrastructure indicators have a significant positive effect on the increase in bilateral trade volume, and the impact Different degrees. At the same time, the bilateral trade potential is calculated by the extended gravity model. The results show that China and the five countries of the Mekong River Basin have greater trade potential. The fifth chapter summarizes the basic conclusions, expounds the difficulties and obstacles in the infrastructure construction of the Mekong River Basin, and proposes relevant policy recommendations in a targeted manner.
