In recent years,China's economic development is rapid,people's consumption patterns are increasing.Under the stimulation of people's demand,e-commerce has developed vigorously.E-commerce makes people's transaction costs become less and less,and the scope of transactions become larger and larger.It plays an increasingly important role in people's lives.However,most e-commerce products are in kind,which need express delivery to reach people.With the scale and diversification of people's needs,people's requirements for the quality and speed of e-commerce products are getting higher and higher,but the express enterprises matched with e-commerce often can not meet people's needs.At present,the operation process of domestic express delivery enterprises is mostly at a low level,and for the complex operation process of express delivery enterprises,the sorting of express packages is one of the most influential parts of the operation efficiency.In order to improve the service level of express delivery enterprises,it is very important to improve the efficiency of express package sorting.In this paper,a new control strategy,limited-1 asymmetric polling control strategy,is applied to express package sorting,focusing on the specific research of the new control strategy in express package sorting.Firstly,the classical polling control strategy of express package sorting limited-1 is elaborated.Variables and working conditions are set.The classical polling control system model of express packagesorting limited-1 is established.The characteristic parameters of classical polling control system of express package sorting limited-1 are analyzed.Secondly,the asymmetric polling control strategy of express package sorting limited-1 is elaborated.Variables and working conditions are set up,and the asymmetric polling control system model of express package sorting limited-1 is established.The mean queue length and mean waiting time of the system are deduced by using probability generating function and embedded Markov chain as mathematical tools.Finally,by comparing the asymmetric polling control strategy of express package sorting limited-1 vertically with the classical polling control strategy of express package sorting limited-1,and comparing the asymmetric polling control strategy of express package sorting limited-1 horizontally with the asymmetric polling control strategy of express package sorting gated,we can get the relatively applicable control strategy of express package sorting under different circumstances.It provides reference for the actual sorting of express delivery enterprises.
