According to the 43rd Statistical Report on the Development of China's Internet released by CNNIC in 2019,as of December 2018,the number of Internet users in China has reached 829 million,of which 98.6%are mobile phone users.China has entered the era of mobile Internet in an all-round way by refreshing the records of the proportion of mobile Internet users.This paper analyses the current development trend of E company's industry and its main competitors in the mobile Internet era.Guided by the theory of enterprise strategic management,this paper mainly uses business model canvas,PEST analysis method,Mike Porter's five-force model theory,and SWOT analysis tools.By analyzing the macro-environment of politics,economy,society,and technology of E company,as well as the environment of enterprise industry and competition,the opportunities and threats that enterprises are facing are found.Through the analysis of enterprise human resources,production environment,customer reputation and other resources,as well as the ability of enterprise R&D technology,marketing and human resources,we can find the key competitiveness and sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises.By using SWOT analysis method,the strengths and weaknesses of enterprises are clarified,and the opportunities and threats faced by enterprises are clarified.Finally,through the detailed analysis of E company platform products,market services and other aspects,combined with the strategic choice of the enterprise,elaborated the specific safeguard measures needed for the implementation of the enterprise strategy,to provide the basis for the business decision-making of the enterprise.
