| In the era of knowledge economy in twenty-first Century,the development of economy tends to be more globalized and diversified,and many enterprises have changed from single project to multiple projects.Y company is a company troubled by multi project environmental management problems.Under the multi project environment,project management theory has developed a new field-multi-project management.Multi project management can coordinate and control several interrelated projects,coordinate the allocation of resources,optimize the environment of project management,and improve the overall management efficiency of multiple projects,and promote the realization of organizational strategic objectives.On the basis of collecting and reading related literature,this paper aims at the outstanding problem of project progress in project management in Y company in recent years.Through in-depth analysis of the actual situation of project progress management,this paper puts forward a solution strategy based on key chain technology for multi project schedule management,and the existing project progress management of Y company.An innovative attempt was made.This article briefly introduces the general situation of Y company and the characteristics of the communication engineering design project.For Y company,the main dilemma is that the design delay caused by limited resources is serious.Therefore,this paper introduces the key chain technology into the multi-project schedule management of the company,and rationally allocates the limited resources of the company,which can not only better solve the conflicts between multiple projects,but also effectively shorten the design task duration.This ensures the realization of the overall goal of the enterprise.This paper also studies the main forms of multi-project schedule conflict in Y company,analyzes the causes of conflict,and proposes the project schedule conflict management mechanism and resolution strategy.In order to verify whether the theory and method put forward in this paper have the expected effect in the actual work of the enterprise,two concrete design project examples are used to analyze.The results show that the multi-project progress management method based on the key chain technology is feasible in Y company project management. |
