Warehousing is an important part of the enterprise logistics system.Efficient and low-cost warehousing management is essential for a successful logistics company.Due to the increasing cost of land and the increasing demand for consumer demand,the compact intelligent storage system has attracted more and more scholars and enterprises.There are many different types of compact intelligent warehousing systems,and the factors affecting the performance of each type of warehousing system are also different.How to choose the appropriate warehousing system and how to improve the warehousing system performance must be considered when the warehousing decision is made by the enterprise.problem.The thesis takes the compact intelligent storage system as the research object,mainly studies its performance problems,and takes the cases of single deep storage system,double deep storage system,mobile storage system and three-dimensional storage as examples.The thesis firstly compares the operational performance of these four types of intelligent warehousing systems by establishing a system travel-time model and using simulation methods.Secondly,the system ravel-time model under random storage and classification storage strategy is established for different types of intelligent storage systems.The analysis of storage system type,storage strategy,product structure and shelf loading rate for compact intelligent warehouse operation performance is analyzed by example analysis.influences.On this basis,the sensitivity analysis of each influencing factor is carried out to find the most critical factors affecting the performance of the storage system.Through research,it is found that from the perspective of system operation performance,under the same assumptions,the three-dimensional racking system has higher performance than the other three storage systems,and the double-deep racking system is the second.In addition,through the analysis of the influencing factors ofthe intelligent storage system,the classification storage strategy is better than the random storage strategy in the compact intelligent storage system;the impact of the product structure stored in the storage system on the system operation efficiency depends on the specific situation.For double-deep racking systems,system uptime increases with shelf load factor.Companies can seek ways to improve their system performance from aspects of storage system types,storage strategies,product mix,and shelf loading rates.The purpose of this passage is to give specific storage management recommendations to provide a certain reference for enterprise warehouse management decision...
