Study On The Construction Of The Western Trade Channel Of China-mongolia-russia Economic Corridor

The economic corridor between China,Mongolia and Russia is an important part of the Silk Road Economic Belt.Our country has begun to take shape through Manzhouli and Erlianhot,the two major channels connecting China,Mongolia and Russia.With the adjustment of international and domestic industrial division and the change of regional growth pattern,the growth pole expands continuously from south to north,from East to west,and the industries in the eastern coastal areas of China shift to the central and Western regions.With the acceleration of the pace,the strategic position of the western region is becoming more and more important.In addition to the background of the economic corridor between China,Mongolia and Russia,the western region of China needs an important economic axis that runs through the north and South and communicates with the western region.This is a basic national axis running through the central and Western regions,following the Beijing-Guangzhou-Shenzhen axis running through the South and the Beijing-Shanghai-Hong Kong axis in the eastern part of China.The Western Trade Channel of the Sino-Mongolian-Russian economic corridor is a supplement to the Sino-Mongolian-Russian economic corridor.This paper studies the construction of the Western Trade Channel of the Sino-Mongolian-Russian economic corridor from the following four parts:(1)This paper summarizes the research of scholars at home and abroad,defines the International Channel Based on the concept of transport corridor,and preliminarily defines the connotation of the Western Trade Channel of China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor.On this basis,the formation mechanism and space-time characteristics of international channels are systematically analyzed by referring to the relevant basic theories of international channels.(2)Qualitative and preliminary quantitative analysis is made on the current situation of Sino-MongolianRussian economic and trade cooperation and the development of Sino-MongolianRussian economic corridor.The shortcomings of Sino-Mongolian-Russian economic corridor are discussed to lay the foundation for the following article.(3)Using the location entropy theory to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of industries between China's western region and Mongolia and Russia to study the existing industrial links and future development potential of the Trade Channel between Mongolia and Russia in the western region of the economic corridor;using the trade potential model to measure the trade potential between China's western region and Mongolia and Russia,and to study the trade basis of the construction of the Trade Channel in the western region.To further clarify the need basis for the construction of channel between the western region and Mongolia and Russia.(4)Based on the analysis of the significance of the construction of the Western Trade Channel of the Sino-Russian economic corridor,this paper puts forward the concrete construction concept of the new channel,including the path planning and policy recommendations.
