Research On The Trade Potential Of "Economic Corridor In China,Mongolia And Russia"

After the Cold War,China's surrounding environment have been changing dramatically.American carries out to establish TTP and TTIP,which improve standards of international trade to marginalize China and prevent development of China and emerging countries.Meantime,China new normal carries the following features: transition from a high-rate growth to a medium-high rate growth;constant optimization and upgrading of economic structure.In order to cope with the severe situation,Chairman Xi issued “the Belt and Road initiative”.“Economic Corridor in China,Mongolia and Russia” is the carrier of “The Belt and Road” initiative,which connects China's “The Belt and Road” initiative to Russia's “The Crossing-Eurasian Development Belt” and Mongolia's “The Grassland Road”.Deepening economic and trade cooperation and opening up new channels of energy give economy new opportunity.“Economic Corridor in China,Mongolia and Russia” also sets a good example to neighboring countries.The article studied the bilateral trade among China,Mongolia and Russia,applied theoretical research and empirical analysis to study the trade potential of “Economic Corridor in China,Mongolia and Russia”.Firstly,making objective description of relevant theories,provided theoretical support for trade of “Economic Corridor in China,Mongolia and Russia”.Secondly,analysis on trade situation of “Economic Corridor in China,Mongolia and Russia”,and description trade features of three countries: high-rate growth,strong complementarity,huge market potential,and so on.Thirdly,using the Trade Combine Degree index and Trade Complementarity index to analyze the trade complementarity and potential of three countries.Then,according to the actual situation in China,Mongolia and Russia,the paper set up Gravity model to analyze factor effect on trade and measure trade potential of three countries.The last factor focused on how to dig trade potential of “Economic Corridor in China,Mongolia and Russia”.
