Research On The Conversion Mechanism Of New And Old Kinetic Energy In High-tech Zones

The transformation of old and new kinetic energy is the only way to upgrade China's industrial structure and an important support for economic development.The development of Shandong benefits from kinetic energy conversion,so it is particularly important to analyze the operation mechanism of new and old kinetic energy conversion.With the economy and society entering the "new normal",this transformation comes not only from the "out of nothing" of the new technology,new formats,new models,but also from the "in the new" upgrading of traditional industries,the two complement each other,organic unity.As the forerunner of regional economy,high-tech zones play an important role in economic development,industrial upgrading,technological innovation and policy support.Taking Tai'an High-tech Zone as an example,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the operation mechanism of the new and old kinetic energy conversion in the High-tech Zone.In addition to the introduction,the article is divided into six parts.The first part is related concepts and theories,focusing on the development of high-tech zones,the transformation of old and new kinetic energy,regional economics and industrial structure upgrading.High-tech zones are not only the gathering areas of high-tech enterprises in the region,but also the core driving areas of local economic development.Therefore,this paper takes high-tech zones as the research carrier of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy.The ultimate goal of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy is to upgrade the industrial structure.This paper uses the theory system of modern regional economics to analyze the motivation of the upgrading of regional industrial structure.The second part is the analysis of the mechanism of new and old kinetic energy conversion in high-tech zones.From the macro,meso and micro perspectives,the operation process of the new and old kinetic energy conversion is analyzed.On this basis,the mechanism of the new and old kinetic energy conversion in high-tech zones is analyzed.The third part is about the historical evolution and current situation of the new and old kinetic energy conversion in Tai'an High-tech Zone,showing the development stage of the new and old kinetic energy conversion in Tai'an High-tech Zone,selecting representative enterprises,and analyzing and explaining the process of the new and old kinetic energy conversion in micro-entities.The fourth part is the empirical analysis of the new and old kinetic energy conversion in high-tech zones,selecting the corresponding indicators,using statistical analysis method,establishing the evaluation index system of the new and old kinetic energy conversion,selecting the Shandong Development Zone Association and Tai'an High-tech Zone for comparison,and giving the corresponding conclusions.The fifth part is to take Tai'an High-tech Zone as an example,to analyze the transformation mode of the new and old kinetic energy conversion in the High-tech Zone,and to concretize the theory.Based on the industrial Internet in the intelligent manufacturing mode,through the analysis of Park resources,the intelligent manufacturing level of key enterprises in the area is investigated in depth,and a set of new and old kinetic energy conversion and transformation mode suitable for Tai'an High-tech Zone is put forward.Finally,policy recommendations and conclusions are given.Based on the above analysis,the key to the transformation of new and old kinetic energy lies in strengthening the links among various elements,driven by the core(intelligent manufacturing).We should seize the "three chains",i.e.industrial chain,value chain and supply chain,integrate and make good use of various policies and resources,promote the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,promote the addition of industrial chains,the multiplication of value chains and the interconnection of supply chains,and realize the multiplier effect.Promoting "four modernizations" by "four new" means realizing "four mentions" through new technologies,new industries,new formats and new modes,realizing industry wisdom,wisdom industrialization,cross-border integration and high-end brand,achieving quality improvement effect of traditional industries,scale improvement of emerging industries,potential enhancement of cross-border integration and high-end brand value enhancement.
