Powerful rivalry and fastness of vagaries accentuate the status of human investment inside organizations,additionally because of the rate and ways in which of Acquire knowledge of capital.This thesis discusses the role of strategic human resources Management aspects(SHRM)in the IT companies Yemeni,being potential sources for making a competitive advantage for the company,also,Socialization and training practices enhance from human resource practices and create competitive advantage,as well Human behavior is an important source of competitive advantage through which knowledge acquired through employee performance is reflected in the organization's income.After conducting the required tests,IT companies in Yemen have proven to be among those organizations that are aware of the fact that human resources make a difference in the performance of the organization.These organizations recognize the importance of their employees in making a difference in their companies and providing the essential component of their competitive advantage through SHRM.So that the human resources in this organization support their employees through training and motivate them to develop their skills,which reflects this on organizational performance within the organization,one of the methods used to study these organizations was through questionnaires distributed to them.The results of the questionnaire responses were analysed through the SPSS program,where the number of samples ofthe study is 100 samples distributed among the three companies in the field of technology in Yemen,which is(telecommunications and information technology company and the Natco group),The questionnaire is divided into three main variables:the independent variable and the dependent variable and moderator variable.
