Research On The Risk Of Meat And Vegetable Card Project In WH Commercial Bank

With the changing of social and economic environment,China s banking industry is facing structural reshuffle.The development of urban commercial banks has entered a critical period and is facing a new breakthrough in transformation.Due to the lack of scale,single market,serious homogenization and weak service capabilities,the characteristics of urban commercial banks determine that their market positioning must be:services for the small and medium-sized enterprises,services for the community development,and the personal retail business.Against this background,WH Commercial Bank introduced project management into the daily banking operation,participated in the systematic engineering construction of meat and vegetable.Find a characterized development path.The meat and vegetable circulation tracing system is an important project for people's livelihood in WH City.It is based on modern circulation methods and uses information technology to realize the electronic demand for tickets and purchase and sale ledgers for the circulation of meat and vegetable commodities.This leads to a chain of quality and safety that can be traced back,traced,and held accountable.The government designated WH Commercial Bank as the only contractor bank to participate in the project.WH Commercial Bank issued a financial IC card,which serves as the only medium for the settlement of the meat and vegeta ble ma rket.The development of the meat and vegetable card project can deepen the financial service capacity of commercial banks.However,its own existence also contains various risks.Therefore,this paper takes the development of meat and vegetable card project of WH Commercial Bank as the research object,and studies the risk management by using the relevant methods.For the purpose of the project construction,we use Delphi,SWOT,and brainstorming methods to identify risk factors,use analytic hierarchy process to identify risks,and then specific measures will be put forward.The aim of this paper is to explore a way and method suitable for the risk management of the meat and vegetable card project.It also hopes to provide valuable experience for relevant Bankcard projects in the future.
