The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China first proposed the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,and the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the countryside is the general grasp of the work of "three rural" in the new era.At present,China's industrialization has not yet been completed,and urbanization is still at the stage of development.To achieve agricultural modernization,we must deepen reforms,eliminate imbalances in urban and rural development,inadequate institutional and institutional barriers,and implement rural revitalization,especially industrial prosperity,and urban-rural integration.development of.Adhering to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas is the main way to achieve rural prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life.The three ministries and commissions of the state have proposed to cultivate special towns with distinctive characteristics,industrial development,green ecology and beautiful livability.Since the reform and opening up in China,it has become a trend to experience the green mountains and green waters and leisure life in the countryside.Rural tourism has become a social trend.In this context,characteristic towns came into being.Under the guidance of the current rural revitalization strategy,the characteristic town planning integrates the resources of the first,second and third industries,and realizes the integration of the production industry,the cultural transmission and the coordinated development of urban and rural areas with the two major development frameworks of the characteristic industry and the tourism industry.Functional positioning,based on urbanization,forms a cluster of urban and rural integration functions of “production” + “life” + “ecology”.Jin Cheng City,Shanxi Province,known as Ze Zhou Prefecture,is one of the birthplaces of Chinese culture.It has a long history and rich cultural heritage.This paper studies the advantages and disadvantages of integrating many tourism resources in Jin Cheng,and selects Situ Town as a typical case.After longterm field research,the method of survey questionnaire and interview investigation method are combined to explore the development characteristics of Situ Town and discover problems.The reasons for the analysis are as follows: Situ Town has a weak awareness of sustainable development in the process of developing characteristic towns;the industry chain is short,and it lacks linkage with other industrial chains;it has the homogenization development trend with the surrounding towns of the same type.Environmental threats and other issues,in order to make relevant recommendations to enrich relevant theoretical research.On thebasis of the exploration of the development path of Situ Town,in response to the national industrial transformation and upgrading and related poverty alleviation policies,to solve the practical problems encountered in development,seize the "industry +" opportunities under the new economic normal.
