Research On Financial Risk Prevention Of Baofeng Technology Company

With the continuous development of global economy,China's economy has been transformed from high speed growth to steady development.Meanwhile,the Internet industry,as an emerging industry of our national economy,has also undergone new changes.After several years of efforts,the development of the Internet industry has gradually accelerated,and the productivity of the enterprises has also gradually added.The demand of the downstream of the Internet industry has increased sharply in 2016,which makes the whole Internet profession faces with serious financial risks in the process of transformation and upgradings.Because of its own development characteristics,Internet enterprises need a large amount of capital injection to meet the demand of operating cash flow,and its profit cycle is relatively long,so it is very important to prevent financial risk in the process of enterprise development.This paper discusses four aspects of corporate financial risk,including financing risk,investment risk,working capital risk and profit distribution risk,and achieves the purpose of financial risk control by identifying and preventing with financial risks.This article is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the research background?review of revelent documents and so on.And discusses the possible innovation and the shortcomings of this paper.The second part introduces the relevant theoretical basis of this article.This paper studies the financial risk prevent of Baofeng technology company,and introduces the current research at home and abroad from the aspects of financial risk?risk prevention and financial risk prevention of Internet enterprises.The third part introduces the current situation of the financial risk of the research object Baofeng technology company,and discusses in detail from four aspects:financing risk,investment risk,capital operation risk and income distribution risk.The fourth part,based on the analysis of the third part of the risk status,puts forward the corresponding risk prevent measures from the four parts of financing,investment,capital operation and income distribution.The last part,elaborated the author's research summary and the article to other enterprises similar financial risk can bring enlightenment.The research object of this paper is Baofeng science and technology company.The research methods adopted include literature theoretical research and case analysis.The analysis of financial risk mainly adopts the method of financial index analysis.The innovation of this article is that it is only three years to go on the market.At present,the research on its financial risk is less and not deep enough.This paper makes a systematic study on its financial risk analysis and risk prevention,and can also provide some inspiration for other similar enterprises.
