Research On The Cooperative Development Of Network Trading Platform And Logistics Enterprises In Online Shopping Food Supply Chain

With the rapid development of the online shopping market,the volume of online transactions has exploded,and the food industry has also evolved from a traditional purchasing model to an online shopping model.The matching logistics and distribution links are very weak,and the problems are constantly emerging.Therefore,it is especially important to study the collaborative development of online trading platforms and logistics companies in the online food supply chain to improve the quality of logistics services.This paper firstly analyzes the problems of third-party logistics in online shopping foods by taking the fresh consumer reviews of Jingdong Mall as the research object.Using the Octopus Collector and NLPIR Chinese word segmentation system tools,the logistics service quality index system was established to quantify the indicators and consumer satisfaction,and analyze the impact of each indicator on consumer satisfaction.On this basis,this paper discusses the collaborative development path of the two from the perspective of information sharing and benefit distribution.From the perspective of information sharing,this paper constructs the evolutionary game model of online trading platform and logistics enterprise in food supply chain,explores the strategic choices of the two,analyzes the influencing factors affecting the strategic choice of the two,reveals the dynamic evolution of the two,and points out the information.The realization of sharing can effectively improve the quality of logistics services.From the perspective of benefit distribution,using the theory of coordination contract and considering the quality of logistics service,the coordinated development of online trading platform and logistics enterprise in ouline shopping food supply chain was studied.Comparing the profit of decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making food supply chain and the changes of their respective profits,the deficiency of traditional contract is made up by establishing benefit sharing,and the model results are verified by numerical examples.Research shows that the quality of logistics service is positively affecting consumer satisfaction,and consumers are not satisfied with the quality of logistics services of logistics companies,and there is still room to be improved;The higher the cost of information sharing,the free rider's income and the loss of the other party's demult,the lower the possibility of information sharing;and the higher the excess return and default compensation,the reasonable distribution coefficient,will promote information sharing.The increase of information sharing profit of both parties has a direct relationship with the improvement of logistics service quality.Therefore,the realization of information sharing contributes to the improvement of logistics service quality and the coordinated development of online trading platform and logistics enterprises.The implementation of the contract has improved the quality of logistics services and the respective revenues of both parties and the total profit of the supply chain have reached the optimal state under centralized decision-making.The contract transformed the profit model of the logistics enterprises,deepened the cooperation between the two parties,and shared the logistics service quality cost of the logistics enterprises At the same time,because the online trading platform shared the logistics service quality cost of the logistics enterprises,it reduced the pressure and encouraged them to improve the quality of logistics services.Figure[7]table[191 reference[103].
