Since the beginning of the 21st century,e-commerce has developed rapidly.Among them,B2B e-commerce has mushroomed.B2B e-commerce transactions have the characteristics of networking and virtuality.Consumers cannot go deep into the transaction process and cannot appreciate the quality of transactions.It is obvious that credit is very important in this process.For e-commerce transactions,China has not yet established a complete legal and regulatory system,and online fraud and false trading seriously hamper the development of China's e_commerce industry.With good trading environment between B2B e-commerce companies,China still has a long way to go.In B2B e-commerce platform transactions,it is difficult to collect visual transaction data between enterprises,and a set of practical e-commerce enterprise credit evaluation index systems has not yet been established.Credit evaluation has now become a bottleneck in the development of the e-commerce industry.In order to promote the development of the national economy,maintain social order,and establish a comprehensive credit evaluation system for e-commerce companies,it is of great significance to promote the B2B e-commerce industry to overcome the bottleneck of development and protect the e-commerce companies' healthy development.This paper mainly studies the transaction credit of B2B e-commerce companies,builds a credit evaluation system that is consistent with the characteristics of B2B e-commerce companies,and then conducts a comprehensive evaluation of corporate credits to provide certain reference and reference for online transactions of B2B e-commerce companies.First of all,through the analysis of the development status of China's e-commerce industry and the existence of credit issues,combined with the characteristics and connotation of e-commerce,and B2B e-commerce business operation mode,pointed out the relevant research issues.Secondly,through the analysis of the status quo of B2B e-commerce platform enterprise credit evaluation,according to the content and characteristics of the existing e-commerce platform enterprise credit evaluation,the existing defects and deficiencies are analyzed.Then,through the analysis of the influencing factors of the B2B e-commerce enterprise credit evaluation,a set of practical B2B e-commerce enterprise credit evaluation index system is proposed.According to the analytic hierarchy process,the corresponding index weights are determined,and a linear weighted synthesis method is used to determine The calculation of the credit value of the e-commerce company and the corresponding credit rating standards are determined.Finally,an example of credit evaluation was used to illustrate and test the effectiveness of the B2B e-commerce platform enterprise credit evaluation system.
