Research On Characteristic Agricultural Development In Gaolan County

Developing characteristic agriculture is the main way to increase agricultural efficiency,increase farmers' income,and promote rural development,it's also the key to enhancing agricultural competitiveness.It is the basic strength and fundamental guarantee for realizing the revitalization of the countryside and winning the fight against poverty.In recent years,Gaolan County has taken advantage of local unique natural resources and climatic environment to deepen the structural reforms on the agricultural supply side by adjusting measures to local conditions,develop a distinctive agricultural industry system with distinctive features,outstanding advantages and efficient output.The four major advantages of agriculture are formed after years of long-term exploration and practice,they are mainly Lanzhou Bailangua,watermelon in dry and sandy land,red sand artichoke and plateau summer vegetables.This article takes characteristic agriculture in Gaolan County as the research object,uses literature research methods,comparative research methods,field investigations and other methods to refine the analysis of the collected materials and data,summaries the current situation of characteristic agricultural development in Gaolan County.The overall development shows that the scale of development continues to expand and the regional layout has taken shape,the economic value is high,and the leading role of farmers in increasing income has been continuously enhanced.The quality of the product is unique and superior,and it is favored by the majority of consumers.The initial benefit of the brand and the establishment of the market system are gradually welcomed.However,the overall situation is still at a low-level and low-level stage of primary development,and its development is facing the low-end lock-in of the industrial value chain,the lack of labor force in the industry,the low cultural quality,the low level of agricultural science and technology and mechanization,the backwardness of agricultural infrastructure,and the degree of agricultural organization.Low-level difficulties and obstacles have restricted the sustainable development of characteristic agriculture in Gaolan County,and it is imperative to improve the solution.Based on this,the author used the SWOT-PEST model analysis method to find out the internal advantages to promote the development of characteristic agriculture in Gaolan County and the disadvantages of restricting development from the aspects of politics,economy,society,and technology,and analyzed and summarized the opportunities they faced.Through a systematic and comprehensive study of characteristic agriculture in Gaolan County,the SWOT-PEST strategic matrix for the development of characteristic agriculture in Gaolan County was constructed.According to the requirements of the SWOT model structure,the development of characteristic agriculture in Gaolan County was based on the SO strategy(The comparative analysis of growth strategy,ST strategy(diversification strategy),WO strategy(reversing strategy),and WT strategy(defense strategy).Through a comparative analysis of strategies,it is believed that the strategic decision based on the SO strategy is in line with the actual situation of the development of characteristic agriculture in Gaolan County.And put forward the general idea and key point of the development of characteristic agriculture in Gaolan County,and then put forward the policy Suggestions to promote the development of characteristic agriculture in Gaolan County: we should increase policy support and financial support to provide basic conditions for characteristic agricultural development;Vigorously implement the characteristic brand strategy,continuously improve the market recognition;Actively cultivate new business entities and promote the development of characteristic agriculture industrialization;vigorously develop various functions of characteristic agriculture and constantly expand the channels for increasing farmers' income;build the development model of "Internet + characteristic agriculture" and promote the informatization of characteristic agriculture;actively cultivate new professional farmers and strengthen the construction of professional personnel.
