Human resource plays an important part in the developing enterprise.Motivation,as the core mission of human resource management,has been paid more and more attention to.It can be said that the design and application of motivation mechanism can determine whether an enterprise can develop healthily or not to some extent,and whether it can gain advantages in the competition of talents and even the competition of comprehensive strength.In the final analysis,the management of human resource in enterprise is to retain,attract and develop talents,motivate employees' work enthusiasm,give full play to their human resource effectiveness,strive to create maximum value for the company and promote the realization of the company's goals.Taking S company as an example,this paper systematically studies the optimization of employee motivation mechanism.S company is a state-owned water supply enterprise,mainly engaged in centralized water supply and pipe network water supply,to meet the needs of residential water and industrial water supply in the entire coastal area.Its employee motivation mainly involves compensation,welfare,performance assessment and employee value satisfaction.Through questionnaires,employee interviews and field surveys,the existing problems and deficiencies of S company's current motivation mechanism were understood,and the reasons for low employee satisfaction and inadequate human resource efficiency were summarized.According to the existing problems,this paper applies the relevant motivation theories at home and abroad to put forward suggestions for optimizing the motivation mechanism of S company,in the hope of improving the work enthusiasm of employees of S company,so as to effectively give play to the efficiency of human resources and promote the stable and rapid development of the company.Meantime in order to ensure the optimized incentive measures to implement successfully,the supporting measures such as optimizing the workflow of organizational structure and information platform are also proposed.The innovation of this paper lies in integrating employee performance and career planning into the salary management system,putting forward the concept of broadband salary design,to optimize the traditional concept of "equal pay for equal work",and incorporating the company's training system into the performance appraisal system.The research results of this paper provide necessary guidance for the human resource management of S company,as well as certain reference for the human resource management of other companies in the same industry.
