Job involvement is the active integration of the individual from the physiological,cognitive and emotional aspects in the work.It is the overall and all-round investment of the individual in the work.It is the construct between the individual traits,organizational factors and job performance.Job involvement is an important area in the subordinate response.Studies have shown that many job-related features,including:leadership support,organizational support,organizational recognition,etc.,all have an impact on work commitment.Existing research has found that leadership styles have a significant impact on job involvement.Paternalistic leadership is very compatible with traditional Chinese culture,and it is also a very common form of leadership.The research on job involvement is very practical.In the existing research,the relationship between the parental leadership and the subordinate employees' job involvement is discussed,and the job involvement is studied.The research shows that the benevolent leadership and the moral leadership have a positive impact on the employee's job involvement,but there is no agreement on the conclusion of the relationship between authoritarian leadership and job involvement,and more biased to believe that authoritarian leadership has a negative effect on job involvement.The concept of authoritarian leadership is also regarded as the leadership style of employees in the study of Western scholars.However,authoritarian leadership seems to have a positive effect in combination with the Chinese culture's "strict teacher's high apprenticeship" and"following the filial son under the stick".Through literature reading,this study finds that the main reason for this phenomenon is that the existing literature has used the research conclusions of previous research in the study of the relationship between authoritarian leadership and job involvement,which defines the concept of negative leadership as the concept of negative leadership.measuring.However,with the deepening of research,the authoritarian leadership style has gradually merged with modern enterprises,so the concept and dimension have changed.Therefore,this paper studies the concept of authoritarian leadership after the revision of the relevant scholars,and conducts separate research from two dimensions(authoritarian and strict)to explore the relationship between authoritarian leadership and job involvement.In view of the Confucianism and Legalism in China,the core of "the filial sons under the sticks" and the "strict teacher's high school" are consistent with the authoritarian leadership.Under the guidance of the "strict father" and "strict teacher",'the executor can have a relatively good effect,because in this process,the performer feels that "strict father" and "strict teacher" regard themselves as "self."People,"internal people","authoritarian" are to better achieve the goal,so it is easier to accept this "authoritaria".Therefore,this study introduces leadership member exchange as a regulatory variable.When the leadership member exchange quality is high,the leaders and employees will have more mutual respect and trust,and employees will feel that they are "inside the circle".Even if the organization faces an authoritarian leader,employees who see themselves as "owners" or "inner people" will be more likely to improve their behaviors and attitudes,thus increasing their job involvement.This paper first reviews and collates the authoritative leadership,job involvement and leadership member exchange,expounds the research status.Secondly,draw on the existing mature scale to design the questionnaire.And use SPSS software to analyze the collected valid data,explore the role of authoritarian leadership in two dimensions(authoritarian and strict)on job involvement,and introduce leadership member exchange A situation,analyze its regulatory role in the relationship between authoritarian leadership and job involvement;finally,draw the conclusions of this paper,and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for authoritarian leaders to promote job involvement.The innovation of this paper has the following two points:theoretical innovation.Authoritarian leadership is a very common form of leadership,consistent with the idea of "outstanding filial sons under the sticks" and "strict teachers." However,in the past,it was biased to study the negative influence of authoritarian leadership.This study takes authoritarian leadership as an independent variable,and studies its influence on job involvement from the perspective of dictatorship and sternness,in order to discover the positive role of authoritarian leadership and enrich the authoritarian leadership theory.Model innovation.The existing research has less explanation mechanism for the influence of authoritarian leadership on the job involvement of employees.Based on the theory of social exchange,this study considers that leadership member exchange is more compatible with "owners" and "inside people" in Chinese culture.And explore the mechanism under the role of leadership member exchange,weakening the negative impact of authoritarianism on job involvement,and enhancing the positive impact of strictness on job involvement.Through empirical research,this paper draws the following conclusions:First,the authoritarian style of authoritarian leadership has a negative impact on the employee's work vitality and dedication dimension,and has no significant impact on the focus;the strict work style puts vitality,dedication and focus on the employee's work.There is a positive impact;secondly,the leadership member exchange plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between the privilege and the employee's work commitment and dedication;the leadership member exchange is rigorous and energetic,dedication and focus of the employee's work.The relationship plays a role in positive regulation.
