| In recent years,many studies have shown that the traditional enterprise performance management has been unable to meet the pace of their own development and cannot adapt to the rapid changes in the market.There are a lot of problems exposed in the process of performance management.A phenomenon of short live for different enterprises is endless.So many local enterprises are very enthusiastic to carry out the performance management reform activities to maintain long-term vitality.It is an important research topic of how to analyze the market dynamics and improve the existing performance management.Based on the theory of performance management with characteristics of T Company’s performance management,application of balanced scorecard in the performance management system is researched.First of all,there was a summary of performance management,including basic theory,definition and research status.Especially,strategic map and balanced scorecard were emphasized.Then,it discussed the view of the employees in T Company through questionnaires.At the same time,according to interview,some problems also appeared before our eyes.For example,performance management was divorced from strategy.Afterwards,framework of performance management was built based on strategic map and company status.Balanced scorecard of different levels was compiled and key points of control in different stages of performance management.Finally,to guarantee the implementation,there were several suggestion,such as management attention,staff recognition,et al. |
