Research On The Evaluation Of Entrepreneurship Opportunities Of "ATS" English Training Project

Nowadays,China has been the hot spot of "entrepreneurship",the entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation is the beginning of entrepreneurship and an important segment in analyzing the feasibility of entrepreneurship.In order to improve the probability of success,the entrepreneur,investor or the appraiser of entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation need to judge the opportunity in a comprehensive way according to the theory of professional entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation.More considerations from different perspectives have to be taken to analyze the entrepreneurial opportunity.Base on the background of the China's deepening reform and opening up currently,accelerate the process of globalization and the promotion of the construction of "the Belt and Road(B&R)",meanwhile under the situation of the national income increased which midwifery the national education demands,so there will be a huge number of market demand and entrepreneurial opportunities in the English training market.Starting from the analysis of the current situation of English training industry and the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities,this paper discussed the entrepreneurial planning of "ATS" English training project.On the basis of theory,this paper mainly studied Timmons entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation theory.The main chapter of this paper is based on this theory to evaluate the "ATS"English training project entrepreneurial opportunity from five aspects of industry and market,economic value and profit condition,competitive advantage and fatal defect,entrepreneur and team,difference of ideal and reality.In order to make sure the evaluation comprehensive and accurate,combined with other quantitative evaluation method and business model evaluation.The last chapter is the conclusion induction and research prospect.Based on the research,this "ATS" English training project has theoretical basis and commercial value,the competitive pressures and the entrepreneurial risk can be afford,the development resources can be achieved.The entrepreneurial opportunity has great feasibility.From the perspective of expectation,the entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation theory will constantly improve under the background of the China's entrepreneurial practices.And this entrepreneurial project itself has a broad development space.
