To grasp an entrepreneurial opportunity is key-meaning for the success of entrepreneur .Who can take the entrepreneurial opportunity in time for the success of entrepreneurship, and select a fitful opportunity to entrepreneur in the multitudinous opportunities .The opportunities root in the entrepreneurship's subjective apperceiving and the external existing. The entrepreneurship's motivation and knowledge are the bases to recognize opportunities. The entrepreneurial environment effects entrepreneurial opportunity's identifying, evaluation and selecting. Entrepreneurial opportunities are evaluated at each stage of dynamic process of the identifying and selecting. Now there is no authority criteria sequence. Based on Timmons' opportunity evaluation framework, through questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview, the paper studies the entrepreneurial opportunity of Chang-Zhu-Tan mid-small entrepreneur and proposes a criteria system including 8 important criteria. The paper finds: the success of entrepreneur depends on entrepreneurial sensitivity, extended social networks, and prior knowledge of markets. Prior knowledge could exist due to education, personal and work experience. The factors of people are the most important to think about firstly for opportunity's identifying and selecting.
