Strengthening the construction of talent team is the key path to the high-quality development of enterprises in the new era,the strategic direction for banks to cope with the fierce competition at home and abroad,the comparative advantage source of catching up and surpassing for joint-stock commercial banks,and also a difficult task and a major challenge for the managers of joint-stock commercial banks.Taking Huaxia Bank GX branch for example,using human resources development and human resources management theory,taking investigation research,interview survey and data collection,this study has systematically discusses the measures and results of the construction for talent of the GX branch:Huaxia Bank GX branch has optimized the allocation of talent resources according to the strategy of GX Branch,strengthened the training of talents to form a talent echelon,selected and trained the core talent team according to the principle of "three natures and four modernizations",innovated the mechanism of talent assessment system,and implemented the dynamic management of talent through post-setting and competition,established a business risk prevention mechanism to effectively avoid the risk of talents.Between 2015 and 2017,the proportion of talent resources in Huaxia Bank GX Branch has steadily increased,the quality of talent introduction has improved,the rate of brain drain has showed a downward trend,and the quality of core talent ranks is higher.However,,there is some problem for the construction of talent team:the scale of talents are small and slow growth,the structure of talent is unreasonable,the quality of talent is not good,the loss of core and reserve talent is more,the sense of safety and belonging of talent is low,and so on.The problems has brought negative effects to customer satisfaction,high quality of business development,core competitiveness of GX Branch.The main reasons are the lack of special funds and decentralized,talent team building planning,performance appraisal,the weak of talent training,talent incentive mechanism not perfect,talent management mechanism not been formed,corporate culture integration is more difficult.In the next stage,the optimizing countermeasures for the construction of talent team in Huaxia Bank GX Branch is included:formulating the construction plan of talent team,making the mechanism of talent introduction and selection perfect,strengthening the mechanism of talent training,optimizing the mechanism of rational flow of talent,perfecting the mechanism of talent assessment and incentive,constructing the early mechanism of brain drain,and strengthening enterprise culture construction.This paper hopes to provide some references and references for optimizing the talent team construction of GX Branch,implementing the mandatory strategy of talent and other joint-stock commercial banks.
