With the development of economy,the printing market has gradually developed from the traditional offset printing market ?S company is one of the largest digital printing machinery manufacturing enterprise in the world.High-equipment has been developing for more than 10 years.However,S company entered the Chinese market is relatively.Although S company has a fast development in the past several years,especially in the marker share which has gained improvement,there is a long distance from S company's expected goal.So how to find a new way to standout in the printing market,especially in this mature market of digital printing equipment,which is an urgent problem of S company.The purpose of this study is to make marketing strategy through theory and practice,and to under the marketing status of S company,and to provide a reference for marketing of S company.The first chapter describes the research background,purpose,and significance,put forward the research ideas,and introduces the related marketing theories.The second chapter through studying the marketing present situation and the marketing environment of high-end printing equipment,in the digital printing machine are pointed out in all sorts of problems that exist in the sales process.The third chapter introduces the customer investigation and analysis of S company and the strategic analysis of STP.The fourth chapter introduces the specific marketing strategy of S company.The fifth chapter puts forward comprehensive coping strategies to ensure that the marketing strategy can be carried out smoothly.The sixth chapter summarizes and looks forward to this article.Based on the industry summary,customer analysis and other related marketing theory,the author makes deep study of S company's marketing strategy and puts forward some suggestions.
