A Study On The Self-development Abilityof China's Deeply Poverty-stricken Areas

The Nineteenth National Congress clearly pointed out that it is our Party's solemn commitment to resolutely win the battle against poverty and to let the poor and poor areas enter into a well-off society in an all-round way with the whole country;to adhere to the working mechanism of precise poverty alleviation and precise poverty alleviation,to insist on the overall responsibility of the central government for municipalities and counties,to pay attention to the combination of poverty alleviation comrades and wisdom,to carry out in-depth poverty alleviation cooperation between The task of poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas is to ensure that poverty alleviation will be achieved for the rural poor under the current standards of the year 2002,and all poor counties will take off their hats to solve regional overall poverty and achieve real poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation.Deep poverty-stricken areas are the most poverty-stricken areas with the lowest level of social and economic development in China.They are also the last fortress for poverty alleviation in China.However,due to the deep-rooted backwardness and the difficulty of data investigation in deep poverty areas,there is little systematic research on it in academia and practice departments.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the construction of self-development ability and precise anti-poverty Countermeasures in deep poverty-stricken areas.On the basis of absorbing foreign research results and combining with the characteristics of deep poverty areas in China,the index system of self-development ability of deep poverty areas is constructed.The self-development ability of deep poverty areas in China is analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively by using SPSS factor analysis and cluster analysis,hoping to provide a reference for later researchers.This paper finds that the self-development ability of the deep poverty-stricken areas in China is closely related to the carrying capacity of resources and environment,social development and economic agglomeration.At the same time,the sum of these three factors also has an important influence on the self-development ability of the deep poverty-stricken areas.From the following aspects,this paper puts forward somesuggestions to promote the self-development ability construction of the deep poverty-stricken areas:(1)based on the dimension of resources and environment carrying capacity: increasing the relocation in different places,improving the land use area,etc.(2)based on the dimension of social development power: increasing the investment in education and the inclination of benefiting agriculture policy,etc.(3)based on the dimension of economic agglomeration force: adapting to local conditions;Develop economy with local characteristics and integrate primary,secondary and tertiary industries.
