Research On The Financial Evaluation Of Liaoning JL Company's Growth

Since the reform and opening up,China's market economy has developed rapidly,a number of large-scale companies have emerged gradually,and a number of high-tech enterprises with strong vitality have emerged at the same time.The characteristics of these enterprises are that the momentum of development is very rapid.In today's complex economic market,the role of high-tech enterprises is becoming more and more important.With the formal opening of the GEM in 2009,a large number of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises ushered in new opportunities for development.However,due to its own small-scale and high risk characteristics,such listed companies on the GEM are often faced with growth aspects.With greater challenges,it is necessary and meaningful to make an objective and comprehensive evaluation of the growth of listed companies on the GEM.It can not only help investors to choose investment objects more rationally,but also help managers to find problems that restrict the growth of enterprises and take measures to solve them.This paper chooses Liaoning JL Company as the representative enterprise of GEM listed companies,and makes an in-depth study and analysis of its growth.Liaoning JL Company is a financial tool R&D and manufacturing enterprises,listed on the GEM in 2011,the development has become increasingly mature,but there are still many problems.Firstly,this paper expounds the meaning,characteristics,theoretical basis,influencing factors and evaluation methods of enterprise growth,and lays a theoretical foundation for the study of JL company growth.Then,it explains the current situation of Liaoning JL Company,including the ownership structure,organizational structure,personnel situation,profit composition and so on.Secondly,the growth evaluation model is constructed and indicators are selected.Forty GEM listed companies,including Liaoning JL Company,are selected as research samples.Factor analysis is used to analyze the average value of the index data of the sample companies from 2015 to 2017.The ranking of Liaoning JL Company in 40 sample enterprises is obtained.The growth of Liaoning JL company has made a comprehensive and concrete evaluation,pointing out its existing problems.Finally,according to the above analysis,we will provide countermeasures and suggestions for the growth of JL company in Liaoning,help it grow.
