With the diffusion of new Internet technology and information economy,various industries trend of mutual penetration and fusion.Enterprises are faced with a more complex and unpredictable environment: shorter technology iterations,faster product innovation,stronger resource mobility and consumer demand is more diversified,requiring companies to have dynamic and broader resource reserves.Traditional enterprises have gradually faded their operational advantages relying solely on their own resources endowments and capabilities.Traditional enterprises have gradually faded their operational cooperative relations,and form a win-win cooperative innovation,which becomes the inevitable choice for enterprises to maintain competitive advantages and improve performance.On the one hand,a good and stable relationship network helps the complementary advantages of enterprises,is conducive to maximizing the utility of network resources,improving the sensitivity and adaptability of enterprises to environmental changes,thereby maintaining the competitive advantage of enterprises and improving corporate performance.On the other hand,in the new economic era,innovation is an important driving force for enterprises to stand out.Business model innovation is the core breakthrough for enterprises to achieve innovation,and the embeddedness of enterprise network relationship determines the level of business model innovation.Therefore,it is important to accurately understand the relationship between relationship embeddedness and enterprise performance,and it have important guiding significance for enterprises to obtain heterogeneous resources and capabilities needed by business model innovation through network relationship embeddedness,and further transforming them into competitive advantages of enterprises and improving firm performance,which has become the focus of common concern of academia and practice circles.At present,there are some theoretical foundations for discussing the transfer function of business model innovation between relationship embeddedness and enterprise performance.However,the external environment faced by enterprises is particularly complex.Dynamic environment influences enterprise strategic behavior.It is of great practical significance to explore how dynamic environment affects the effect of relationship embeddedness on enterprise performance.At present,relevant empirical studies are rare.Therefore,this paper first sorts out and summarizes related research on relationship embeddedness,business model innovation,environmental dynamics,and enterprise performance.Then,focusing on the core issue of how relationship embeddedness acts on enterprise performance,this paper constructs a research framework of relationship embeddedness,business model innovation,environmental dynamics and enterprise performance relationship,combines theoretical analysis with empirical research,and explores the intermediary role of business model innovation in the relationship of relationship embeddedness and enterprise performance,as well as the regulatory role of environmental dynamics in the relationship of relationship embeddedness and business model innovation,business model innovation and enterprise performance.Finally using SPSS21.0 and AMOS22.0 to test the reliability and validity,correlation and regression analysis of the 225 valid questionnaires,the theoretical model and six research hypotheses proposed in this paper are tested,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)relationship embeddedness has a significant positive effect on enterprise performance;(2)relationship embeddedness has a significant positive effect on business model innovation;(2)relationship embeddedness has a significant positive effect on business model innovation;(3)Business model innovation has a significant positive effect on enterprise performance;(4)Business model innovation plays a part of intermediary role between relationship Embeddedness and enterprise performance;(5)Environmental dynamics has a positive moderating effect on relationship Embeddedness and business model innovation;(6)Environmental dynamics has no obvious moderating effect on the relationship between business model innovation and enterprise performance.This study shows that in dynamic environment,enterprises cooperate with value network partners based on relationship embeddedness,coordinate and integrate resources,promote business model innovation,then maintain competitiveness and improve enterprise performance.Based on the existing research,this paper constructs the research framework of "relationship embeddedness-business model innovation-business performance".The main innovations are as follows:(1)Based on the embedded theory,this study further clarifies the path and mechanism of relationship embeddedness on firm performance,and enriches the research of relationship embeddedness theory.(2)This study explores business model innovation in enterprise relationship embeddedness and firm performance.The intermediation effect enriches the research of business model innovation;(3)This study analyzes the role path of relationship embeddedness from business model innovation to enterprise performance relationship from the perspective of environmental dynamics,enriching the environmental dynamics embedded in enterprise network relationships.And the research of business model innovation field,it has certain guiding significance for enterprises to flexibly adjust enterprise relationship embeddedness according to external environment changes,and realize the maximization of resources through business model innovation,thereby improving enterprise performance.
