Study On The Xinjiang Farmers Planting Scale Decision Behavior Under The Background Of The Implementation Of The Target Price Of Cotton

In the background of the implementation of the cotton target price policy,the cotton area constantly adjusted,is helpful to a certain extent to cotton cotton planting industry concentration,releasing more room for adjustment of agricultural planting structure,especially with great significance to promote the income of farmers.The cotton industry scale,intensive and profession are the trend of development of agricultural industry in the future.At the end at the same time,the government has repeatedly stressed that the land transfer,the scale of operation to farmers as the main body,emphasizing the farmers voluntary transfer principle.At this stage of the policy background,the decision behavior of farmers planting scale is very necessary.This research chooses cotton farmers as the main object of study in Xinjiang,the major cotton producing areas as an example,using the literature research method of cotton industry development and cotton farmers cost at the same time,using questionnaires and interviews,analysis of business scale and increase farmers did not increase the scale of farmers in the family characteristics,some similarities and differences the characteristics and the external environment of production and management,and then analyzes the main factors influencing the decision-making behavior of farmers planting scale using the method of empirical analysis.The innovation of this paper starting from the perspective of farmers,the establishment of theoretical framework influence its behavior,the current research in this area is relatively small.Using the Logit model to the cotton planting scale decision behavior of empirical research and analysis,the degree of familiarity with policy,all the number of labors in the family income,cotton subsidies,cotton prices and other factors have a positive impact on the decision-making behavior of farmers planting scale.In all significant factors,the nation,the price of cotton,arable land,agriculture social organization is the most significant influencing factor.On the basis of research results,in this paper to accelerate the development of cotton industry,improve the cotton target price policy and other aspects of policy recommendations are given.
