Research On Quality Evaluation Of Rural Infrastructure Construction From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

The improvement of rural infrastructure construction is the basic condition for the development of rural and rural areas and the increase of farmers' income.The quality evaluation of the status quo of rural infrastructure construction is an important prerequisite for improving the public service level of each region and clarifying the direction of fiscal expenditure.The article mainly studies from five aspects,namely rural roads,transportation logistics,water conservancy,energy,information networks,and uses the analytic hierarchy process,combined with the research results of experts and scholars and the important documents promulgated by the state to determine the evaluation indicators and weights,Fuyang District,Kunshan City,Huaining County,Yueyang County,Changning County,and Shuicheng County carried out empirical analysis to provide reasonable policy construction for the results of the study.The article is divided into six parts:The first part explains the background and significance of the research,combs the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations involved,and makes a simple review of domestic and international research on rural infrastructure;The second part explains the status and role of rural infrastructure construction quality in the rural revitalization strategy.Firstly,it briefly introduces the connotation and significance of the rural revitalization strategy.Secondly,it explains the rural infrastructure in five aspects of the rural revitalization strategy.The important role of the last,from the perspective of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,illustrates the important role of rural infrastructure;The third part introduces the current construction status and existing problems from five aspects: rural road implementation,transportation and logistics infrastructure,water conservancy facilities,energy facilities and new generation information network facilities;The fourth part is the construction of the quality evaluation index system of rural infrastructure construction.According to the selection basis and selection principle of the evaluation index,the judgment matrix is constructed by the analytic hierarchy process,and the complete evaluation index is finally obtained;The fifth part is a case study of six counties in Fuyang District,Kunshan City,Huaining County,Yueyang County,Changning County and Shuicheng County.The rural base is obtained through survey and analysis of various regions and data inquiry of local government portals.The data of the current status of the facility construction,then analyze the current level of construction in each region,and put forward corresponding recommendations;The sixth part summarizes the main conclusions of this paper,and puts forward the policy recommendations for building and improving rural infrastructure in each region: First,the eastern region will continue to upgrade;second,the central region will be strengthened and improved;third,the investment infrastructure in the western region.
