Study On Countermeasures Of Rural Finance Promoting Rural Revitalization Strategy In Zhoushan

The problem of "three issues of agriculture,the countryside and farmers" is the difficulty in the process of China's modernization,and it is also the focus of our government work.In order to fundamentally solve the problem of "three issues of agriculture,the countryside and farmers",promote the development of agriculture,prosper the rural economy and increase farmers' income,we must optimize the allocation of rural resources,promoting the transformation of the remaining rural workforce.All these problems depends on the development and support of rural finance.The development of rural finance has always been an important factor affecting the economic growth of rural economy,upgrading of agricultural industry and increasing farmers' income and getting rich.After General Secretary Xi Jinping first put forward the "Strategy for the Vigorous Implementation of Rural Revitalization" in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on October18,2017,rural revitalization has become an important part in China's economic development,and its promotion and implementation is urgent.Because of the relationship between economic and financial interaction,the promotion and implementation of rural revitalization strategy cannot be separated from financial support.This article is based on the rural revitalization strategy background and taking hold on the current financial development status in Zhoushan rural areas,and compares the situation of rural financial development in Zhoushan for 28 quarters in the past seven years.At the same time,through empirical analysis,rural financial development in Zhoushan promotes rural revitalization strategy.This paper deeply analyzes the difficulties existing in the implementation of the current rural financial development to support the rural revitalization strategy in Zhoushan City.In view of the conclusion,this paper finally proposes four practical countermeasures to adapt to the present situation of Zhoushan Recommendations.
