Research On China's International Capacity Cooperation Efficiency And Its Influencing Factors Under The Background Of "Belt And Road"

In recent years,China has vigorously developed domestically superior production capacity to go out and continuously strengthen international capacity cooperation with countries along the B&R.Through cooperation projects with countries along the route and investment cooperation between relevant countries,China has strengthened the interconnection of production capacity with countries and achieved common development.However,in the international capacity cooperation between China and the countries along the route,due to the different levels of economic development,different industrial competitiveness,political,infrastructure,resources and other conditions in China and the countries along the line,many enterprises are engaged in capacity cooperation with countries along the route.The effect of the expected cooperation cannot be achieved,and the two sides cannot cooperate effectively,which will inevitably reduce the efficiency of both parties,and the intention of further cooperation will be interrupted.Based on the above background,this thesis studies the efficiency of international capacity cooperation and the efficiency factors in China and countries along the route.After analyzing the current situation of economic and trade cooperation between China and the countries along the route,the status of foreign engineering contracting,and the status of production cooperation industries along the line,using DEA efificiency measurement method,using DEAP2.1 and Mydeal.0 software to measure the benchmark efficiency and super efficiency of international capacity cooperation in China and countries along the route,using Eviews8.0 software based on the limited panel Tobit model,from the economy levels,resource elements,infrastructure,and political conditions empirically analyze the main factors affecting the efficiency of international capacity cooperation between China and countries along the route.From the perspective of DEA efficiency measurement,in general,the efficiency of international capacity cooperation between China and the countries along the B&R is at a medium-high level,but the efficiency values of different regions vary.The four factors of economy,resources,infrastructure and politics have affected the efficiency of international capacity cooperation to a certain extent,but the impact of different regions on efficiency is not the same.In the end,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving the efficiency of international capacity cooperation between China and countries along the route.
