Analysis And Countermeasures Of Tourism Land Use Problems In Donggang District, Rizhao City

In recent years,the rapid development of China's tourism,tourism projects are increasing,tourism land demand is growing.Therefore,the contradiction between the supply and demand of tourism land and the illegal use of land are becoming more and more prominent.As the resident area of rizhao,a famous coastal tourism city in China,donggang district is rich in tourism resources,with constantly improved transportation accessibility and infrastructure.Tourism has become one of the important industries to promote regional development.After rizhao put forward the strategy of "rich tourism city",donggang district put forward the tourism development slogan of "offshore idyllic and colorful donggang".While vigorously developing coastal tourism,it simultaneously strengthened the development of rural tourism and cultural tourism,and the tourism land continued to expand.Due to the lack of scientific and reasonable planning,too much emphasis is placed on the number and scale of projects,which brings about problems of illegal and disorderly spread of tourism land,which is not conducive to the establishment of benign land use management order,but also affects the sustainable and healthy development of tourism.Based on the existing relevant research,this paper divides the tourism land into tourism construction land and tourism non-construction land,and focuses on the problems existing in the tourism construction land of donggang district.Through to the domestic and foreign research results,the rizhao donggang district tourism resources,tourism land use status of empirical analysis,this paper expounds the rizhao donggang district tourism development situation and the status quo of the land used for tourism,based on land supply and demand theory,stakeholder theory,tourism destination life cycle theory,land rent and price theory,combined with field investigation method,the depth interview method,case analysis and other research methods,analysis rizhao donggang district in the use of the land used for tourism and management mainly exist insufficient understanding of tourism land illegal land use,the obvious contradiction between supply and demand,focus,depth development and utilization level is low.From the aspects of objective and subjective aspects,this paper analyzes the cause of the problem,and proposes to explore the establishment of professional tourism development planning as the leading factor,to strengthen the institutionalization and legalization management to ensure the land used for tourism,to explore new train of thought of tourism land economical and intensive,reasonably control the disorder spread to support the land used for tourism management was used to optimize the land used for tourism promotion strategy.It is hoped that the opinions and Suggestions in this paper can providereference for the sustainable utilization and scientific management of tourism land in rizhao donggang district,and promote the rapid,orderly and sound development of tourism in rizhao donggang district.
