Affected by the national "Reducing excess capacity" macro policy and the energy"13th Five-Year plan",there are fewer and fewer new coal and electricity projects in China.The traditional business market of electric power construction industry is shrinking and competition is fierce.In this environment,DJ Company actively follows and implements the national "one belt and one way" strategy that means insisting on"going out" and committing to the international development strategy.At present,it has successfully entered 17 countries and regions such as Southeast Asia,Middle East and North Africa.With the deepening adjustment of business structure and the external internationalization,the ability of DJ company personnel to adapt to the complex living environment at home and abroad has been severely tested.The requirement of employee's ability and quality needs to be improved.As the core human resources representative group,DJ key staff have high value and irreplaceable nature.As one of the key resources for DJ's development,improvement for the key staff quality and ability has attracted the attention of DJ's senior management.Training,as an important method to improve the quality and ability of key staff or the development and growth of enterprises,should be highly valued by DJ company.However,the training work has its own system,which is affected and even restricted by many aspects.This article is written under the specific conditions:state-owned enterprises,enterprise development and key staff.The writer optimizes and designs an effective training system for the DJ key staff from the perspective of the actual training work.This article is guided by relevant theories and based on in-depth study of DJ company internal information and work practice.The writer,using questionnaires and interviews as methods,summarizes the current situation of DJ key staff training and analyses six problems and reasons existing in the current DJ company's training system:firstly,training lacks support for the company's strategy;secondly,formulation of training plans is informal;thirdly,training lacks effective supervision;Fourthly,training incentives and assessment is weak;Fifthly,internal lecturers lacks professionalism;Sixth,training methods are insufficient.To solve the problems existing in the training of DJ key staff,the writer systematically optimizes the training process system under the guidance of relevant theories and the actual situation of enterprises.The main contents include:designing three-level training needs analysis,optimizing training methods,strengthening training supervision,formulating training evaluation measures,etc.At the same time,it designs the development and management of internal lecturers,the construction of curriculum system and the content of training management system,and puts forward the systematic guarantee of training system from the aspects of consolidating the management foundation and strengthening the construction of training culture.The optimization design of the key staff training system in this paper is based on the analysis and study of DJ company's corporate culture,development strategy and current situation of training system,which fully combines the author's knowledge of DJ company in the past ten years and more than three years' experience in training.Therefore,the research results of this paper have strong operational and practical value.The author believes that it can effectively help DJ company solve the problems and shortcomings in the current training work.The author believes that it can really make the training work support the company's strategy and meet the needs of staff.The author believes that it can effectively improve the practicability and efficiency of training work,and provide a reliable human resources guarantee for the more rapid development of DJ company.It is hoped that the case analysis of DJ Company will provide some reference value for other similar enterprises' training work.
