Research On Schedule Planning And Implementation Method In Hydroelectric Enterprise's Overseas Project

Project Management is the key to effective work, the growth of China's construction industry is greatly lies on the improvement of management ability. Nowadays, the application of such ability has been gradually getting mature. Since the poor efficiency what we have made in managing the project by insufficient acknowledgment and inadequate organizing control methods of project planning especially in schedule, we have to attach more importance on project planning, and improve our managing ability of schedule to make the project efficient and successful.This thesis detailedly discussed about the related definition of project plan and schedule, and the general methods of planning. Combining with the features of international projects, it also discussed about the relevant applicable methods.In this thesis, the author researched the implementation of schedule of hydropower projects on abroad, focusing on human resource management methods and measures, and discussed the design of the project and linear responsibility chart (LRC), as well as communication between project design. In the progress of the implementation, the changes of plan can not be avoided, this article discusses how to analyze and solve the changes when they happen.In this thesis, taking Cambodia Kamchay hydropower project for specific cases, according to the progress of planning and organizing the implementation of the theory and method to carry out the project Work Breakdown Structure(WBS), Critical Path Method(CPM) schedule planning, organization and implementation of projects during the job design, communication design and schedule adjustments response to the empirical research.Finally, this study is summarized and prospected for the future work.The purpose of this research is to improve the managing efficiency of schedule for overseas hydropower projects and further enrich its research of project management.
