From the era of primitive civilization to the era of ecological civilization,human beings have undergone several times of changes,each of which is accompanied by great reforms.In the new era of ecological civilization,China's land space planning also embraces new opportunities for development.As an important part of spatial planning,territorial space optimization will become an important link to adhere to new ideas and new orientations in the new era.In the era of ecological civilization,it is necessary to solve the problems of space coordination and space environment and to achieve green development and sustainable development,and to optimize the layout of territorial space rationally and scientifically is an important way to achieve this goal,as well as a necessary "skill" to realize the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.Based on the research and analysis of the existing theories and models of spatial layout optimization,this paper uses logistic regression model to explore the transformation method of land space on time scale,and establishes spatial optimization rules to optimize the layout of land space on spatial scale by developing control principles and total quantity control principles.Taking Sichuan Province as an example,three scenario models of spatial transformation including ecological priority,food security and balanced development are set up,and three kinds of spatial transformation probability of each spatial grid are obtained.Guided by the target values of three types of spatial optimization in Sichuan Province in 2020,the optimal solution of three types of spatial layout in Sichuan Province is obtained according to the spatial layout optimization rules,and the spatial layout optimization is realized.In particular,the proportion of urban space area is 1.82%,agricultural space area is 30.72%,ecological space area is 62.52%,and elastic space area is 4.94%.The proportion of three main types of space area is within the allowable range of planning optimization target value.The spatial distribution of all kinds of space is also in line with the development strategy and planning of Sichuan Province,forming a spatial pattern of priority and coordinated development of regional ecological protection,and the regional urban development gets more agglomerative and urban circles and development zones are formed.The results provide a reasonable basis for decision makers to choose the spatial layout.In this study,from the perspective of spatial transformation of time scale and spatial optimization of space scale,the method of land spatial optimization is constructed.1.Taking the dual evaluation results as the core,i.e.the suitability evaluation of land spatial development and the evaluation of resources and environmental carrying capacity of land spatial planning,supplemented by the quality evaluation of cultivated land and construction land and the efficiency evaluation of construction land,a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of land space is carried out,and a spatial transformation scenario is constructed by combining the current situation space and controlling factors.By means of a logistic regression model,the spatial transformation mechanism of ecological priority,food security and balanced development has been formed.2.The spatial optimization rules is established.From the perspective of the regulatory requirements of spatial planning and the needs of the time,the principles of spatial development control and total quantity control are formed,which strictly control the rigid base of the region,optimize the ecological space and agricultural space,fully guarantee the urban space,and reserve flexible development space for the future,and ensure the coordinated and balanced development of the regional landscape,forestry,fields and lakes,thus promoting green and sustainable development of the region and the construction of ecological civilization.
