Study On The Farmers’ Land Management Right Being Shares And Its Risk Prevention

Under the background of deepening rural reform,whether land can be used rationally and efficiently is the core content of rural development.The reform of rural land joint-stock cooperation system creatively introduced stock system into cooperative,keeping up the collective ownership of farm land,and the reform is based on the voluntary principle of farmers and risk sharing.This innovative land transfer mode is not only conductive to solving the problem of the land use with low effect,promoting progress of farmland formula management,but also provides a relatively reliable way for farmers to increase their income.However,the reform of land joint-stock cooperation system is still in the exploratory stage,and faultiness of relevant system have hindered the smooth progress of the reform,and participants face more complex risks.Therefore,in order to enable farmers to share the benefits brought about by land reform,it’s urgent to explore effective measures to enhance the farmers’ participation enthusiasm,and to build a risk prevention mechanism to avoid risk,so as to provide protection for the land joint-stock cooperation system and finally realize the stability and prosperity of rural society.First,this paper takes Yuci District of Shanxi Province as the study area.Through field survey to understanding the land management right being shares present situation in Yuci District.The result showed that the cooperative fewer in number,smaller in scale,the amount of members is limited,the planting structure is relatively simple.The participation enthusiasm of majority farmers is low,and poor communication between ordinary shareholder and the core members of cooperatives.Promote difficulties of farmer to attend the land management right being shares are influenced both by the actual situation of family and other external factors.Then,based on the questionnaire survey of 576 farmer households in Yuci District in Jinzhong City and uses logistic model to analyze the influence factors of farmer to attend the land stock-cooperation by selecting 11 indicators from four aspects:farmers’ perception,family characteristics,resource endowment,external environment.And use the Likert scale to analyze the satisfaction of cooperation.Thus puts forward relevant advice to improve farmers’ enthusiasm and satisfaction.Finally,starting from internal risk and external risk,combined with influence factors of farmer to attend the land stock-cooperation and satisfaction to identify potential risk,and propose some preventive measures on those risks.
