Research On Strategic Performance Of Bio-pharmaceutical Enterprises From The Perspective Of Symbiosis

With the rapid development of China's economy,the survival and operating environment of enterprises have changed greatly.Although China's GDP reached$11 trillion in 2016,it acc ounts for 14.84 percent of the world's total,second only to the United States.Under the surface of prosperity but still has lots of potential unstable factors,,for example,Sanlu melamine milk powder incident in 2008,Zjin Copper acid water permeability accident in 2010,the illegal vaccine case in Shandong and so on.The social dissonance phenomenon is still happening.These phenomena seriously affect the physical and mental health and living environment of our residents,which hinder the harmonious and orderly and sustainable development of the social economy.Therefore,it is the right direction for contemporary enterprises to pursue the maximization and sustainable development of long-term interests.Enterprises need to constantly improve their core competitiveness and technological innovation ability under the guidance of long-term strategic goals.At the same time,enterprises should shoulder the responsibility of social harmony and win-win cooperation with the whole social environment.Based on the social and economic background,traditional corporate performance evaluation cannot meet the needs of sustainable development and management of enterprises.Enterprises have entered the pursuit of long-term interests maximize the strategic management era,mainly financial performance evaluation of enterprise performance evaluation system,too much emphasis on the role of financial indicators,ignored the non-financial factors,especially the social responsibility in the important role in the development of enterprises.Therefore,the enterprise only takes the short-term benefit of the present and sacrifices the long-term benefit.This leaves business managers out of the strategic goals of their long-term development.And bio-pharmaceutical enterprises take a long process to study a variety of biomedical products from pre-clinical research to the market.Therefore,the industry is characterized by high investment,high risk,high technology,high innovation and long period.The traditional performance evaluation system based on financial index is more unsuitable to evaluate the bio-pharmaceutical industry.Enterprise performance evaluation is an important means of self-regulation and self-leadership of enterprises,which has a crucial guiding effect on the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a reasonable,effective and comprehensive enterprise strategic performance evaluation system which is symbiosis with the whole society.The paper summarizes the relevant research on enterprise performance evaluation and corporate social responsibility by experts and scholars at home and abroad,and analyzes relevant factors that influence the performance evaluation of enterprises.Based on the perspective of symbiosis theory,financial factors and non-financial factors are taken into consideration to build a symbiotic strategic performance evaluation system applicable to bio-pharmaceutical enterprises.This model consists of three major categories:financial performance,operating performance and social performance.The paper runs the performance evaluation model based on AHP and FCE method.Tak:ing the intelligent flying organism as an example,the paper applied the evaluation system of construction,and finally put forward Suggestions and countermeasures to improve the performance of enterprises.
