During the 13 th five-year plan period,the strategic positioning of the capital was fully implemented,and energy utilization entered a new stage.According to the control level of various energy indicators mentioned in the energy development plan of Beijing during the 13 th five-year plan period,including: the upper limit of total energy consumption in Beijing is 76 million tce,and the annual average growth rate of energy consumption is limited to 2.1%;In terms of energy efficiency,energy intensity during the 13 th five-year plan period decreased by 17% compared with that during the 12 th five-year plan period.In the coming year of the end of Beijing's 13 th five-year energy plan,more appropriate measures should be implemented to achieve the goals of this stage.There are still some factors restricting the reduction of energy intensity in Beijing,such as economic factors,energy factors and other factors.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influencing factors of energy intensity.This paper is divided into two parts: the first part is the influence mechanism of energy intensity in Beijing;The second part is energy saving path optimization based on the above factors.First,take Beijing's economic development and energy consumption from 2006 to 2016 as clues,and start from the evaluation of energy use efficiency.Firstly,the energy consumption structure and total energy consumption of Beijing are qualitatively analyzed,and then energy consumption of various industries in Beijing is sorted out by industry.Then,theoretical models are established and the correlation between factors is found,and research hypotheses are made,namely :(1)technological progress--upgrading industrialization level--reducing energy intensity;(2)investment in fixed assets--accelerating the change of industrial structure--improving energy intensity.Through quantitative analysis of VAR model test,pulse test and variance decomposition,it is found that the root cause of the high energy intensity of Beijing is the high energy consumption of the transportation industry.Energy saving path optimization research based on the above factors,found that technological progress is the basic factor,reduce the energy consumption intensity directly impact on the development of transportation energy consumption amount,adjust the energy structure is intermediate factors,it can affect energy efficiency industry structure change,also can reduce the coal directly primary energy consumption.In general,Beijing should increase the development and wide use of new energy resources and make the development of the transportation industry develop from fast to good.
