Research On The Construction And Application Of Agricultural Product Safety Traceability System Platform

Food safety has become the top priority of national economy and people's livelihood.As a food closely related to people's daily life(especially meat and poultry),traceability management of agricultural product safety has been carried out abroad since the 1990s,and a more mature regulatory traceability system has been gradually formed.In recent years,the safety of agricultural products in China has become more and more prominent.Therefore,drawing lessons from advanced technology and management experience of foreign countries,establishing traceable food system to ensure the safety of agricultural products is an important issue in the quality management of agricultural products.Firstly,this paper expounds the concept of agricultural product safety and the connotation of traceability system,and introduces the structure,key technologies and functions of traceability system of agricultural product safety.Then,it analyses the current situation of agricultural product safety in China,such as low detection standards,lack of coordination and supervision mechanism of agricultural products,and takes Xiasha Development Zone as an example to build a traceability system of agricultural product safety in Xiasha,which covers environmental certification of agricultural products origin,environmental management information of origin and input management information.The standardized detection and identification of agricultural product safety traceability system were analyzed,and the production,safety detection,use and application of the system were discussed.Finally,the operation of the traceability system of agricultural products safety in Xiasha Development Zone is analyzed,and some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to further simplify the system structure and establish a management system with clear rights and responsibilities.Safety management of agricultural products includes the construction of traceability system.Establishing traceability system is an effective solution to the problem of agricultural products safety.The research on traceability system can constantly sum up some theoretical experience,which has theoretical reference significance for the construction of traceability system of agricultural products safety.The research on traceability system of agricultural products safety in Xiasha Development Zone is of great significance to strengthen people's living standards and contribute to the construction of a harmonious and stable society.
