| The logistics industry is an important service industry for national economic and social development,and its importance in the national economy has gradually become prominent.A comprehensive understanding of the spatial characteristics of the logistics economy is a prerequisite for the development of development planning,and helps to form a standardized and high-quality operation mode of logistics.At the same time,timely evaluation of the spatial efficiency of the logistics economy will also help to analyze the problems in the development process,thus providing constructive guidance for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of logistics.This study has mainly carried out useful explorations.This study first established the evaluation index system of logistics economic quality.Considering the actual situation of economic development level and quality,development level and quality of logistics industry,level and quality of logistics facilities,constructing evaluation indicators from economic level and logistics level,selecting economic development foundation,social development foundation,logistics economic foundation,logistics industry development and other levels of indicators.Multiple indicators bring about two major problems:the complexity of analysis and the multiple correlations between indicators.Before the DEA analysis method is cited,the principal component analysis(PCA)method is adopted to convert the multi-index problem into fewer comprehensive indicators,which solves the above problems and makes the logistics economy space efficiency evaluation method more scientific.Secondly,based on the "3D" theory of new economic geography density,distance and segmentation,the analysis system of urban logistics economic space is constructed,and the density,distance and segmentation degree of logistics economic space in the Yangtze River Delta region are analyzed.The results show that the spatial density of urban logistics economy in Shanghai and Sunan has absolute advantages in the Yangtze River Delta region,and the spatial distribution is significantly different.The overall distribution of Zhoushan-Ningbo-Shanghai-Suzhou-Wuxi-Nanjing is the channel-like distribution.The diffusion effect is obvious.For the spatial distance of logistics economy,cities are distributed around Shanghai,Suzhou and Hangzhou,respectively.The spatial distance of satellite city logistics economy is large,and the mutual influence is at a disadvantage.Especially in Zhoushan,Wuxi,Nanjing,and Suzhou,have significant differences in logistics and economic development.On the whole,the Yangtze River Delta region has a multi-centered pattern.Using ArcGIS and other software to visualize the three levels of density,distance and segmentation,the "3D" feature in the Yangtze River Delta region was explored,and the effectiveness of the "3D" framework in the urban logistics economic space was verified.Finally,the "3D" characteristics of the logistics economy in the Yangtze River Delta region are used as input indicators,and the DEA model with variable scale returns is used to measure and evaluate the pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and comprehensive efficiency of the logistics economic space in the Yangtze River Delta.The study finds that the overall level of urban logistics economic space efficiency in the Yangtze River Delta region is not high,the development between cities is extremely unbalanced,and the spatial efficiency of logistics economy varies greatly.The spatial efficiency of logistics economy in Shanghai,Suzhou,Hangzhou and other economic centers is relatively high;The DEA non-effectiveness is mainly due to the low scale efficiency,especially Zhoushan has a large room for improvement in the scale of logistics economic space.According to the status quo of logistics economic space development in the Yangtze River Delta region,it is proposed to improve the efficiency of logistics economic management by promoting the coordinated development of regional logistics,paying attention to the quality of logistics development and strengthening the government's macro-control. |
