With the rapid development of Internet and related technology,the integration of traditional industry and "Internet + " has become an irreversible trend of industry development.Through the integration with "Internet + ",many traditional industries have broken away from the original fixed model,more able to adapt to market changes and development.With the popularization and development of "Internet + ",the boundary of the industry has become blurred and the value network is being reconstructed.Chinese traditional industries,represented by manufacturing industries,need to think about new value creation models and decision-making methods,break through the existing industrial models and product boundaries,in order to create new user needs.As a brand-new development strategy,the essence and connotation of "Internet + " is still being enriched and perfected.Compared with the long-term decision-making,the short-term decision-making of enterprises is faster and more flexible in response to market changes.Therefore,it is necessary to study the impact of "Internet + " on short-term decision-making of manufacturing enterprises and the specific influencing factors,in order to put forward better short-term decision-making ideas and strategies to improve decision-making level for manufacturing enterprises And to guide the practice of short-term decision-making in manufacturing enterprises.By using the method of literature research,this paper puts forward that "internet + " has an important influence on the decision-making and reform of manufacturing enterprises.On this basis,the paper analyzes the main influencing factors of short-term decision-making of manufacturing enterprises under the background of "Internet + ".Taking each influence factor as the cut-in point,the paper puts forward the corresponding strategy for improving the short-term decision-making level of manufacturing enterprises.In addition,this paper uses the case analysis method as a case study of Xiaomi Group,which makes good use of short-term decision-making under the background of "Internet + " This paper analyzes the short-term decision-making of Xiaomi group under the background of "Internet + ",and provides some suggestions for improving the short-term decision-making level of Xiaomi group.At the end of the paper,it is concluded that the factors affecting the short-term decision-making of manufacturing enterprises have mutual influence,and the short-term decision-making of manufacturing enterprises must conform to the "Internet + " Development Direction We should pay more attention to the effect of user demand on short-term decision-making,and hope that this paper can provide some inspiration for manufacturing enterprises to implement "Internet +" integration.
