With the lowered market doorsill of mobile phone industry,more and more finance and technology competing themselves into the domestic mobile phone market,and chief among those is the emerging Internet enterprise represented by Xiaomi Company,which not only withstands pressure and competition both home and abroad,opening a new phase,but also become the dominant force in domestic mobile phone market with its unique ways of Internet marketing.Xiaomi Company provides more and better options for domestic mobile phone consumers.The success of these enterprises and products cannot leave its Internet marketing strategy of different from the tradition and with distinctive color,Analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the strategy,and put forward improving direction,which can help these enterprises and products better adapt to the mobile phone market demand,thus promote the healthy and orderly development of the mobile phone industry more.This article focus on Xiaomi company's main products-Research on marketing strategy of Xiaomi Mobile,analysis on the characteristics of its marketing strategy,and expounds the existing problems and developmental hinder,as well as analysis on the macroscopical environment and microcosmic environment of Xiaomi Mobile for marketing strategy,SWOT is used to explain Marketing Strategy of Xiaomi Mobile for Beijing Xiaomi Company,found its opportunities and threats in the market competition,and basis on that,put forward feasibility advice of formulation and implementation for marketing strategy.The results show that:(1)The success of Xiaomi Mobile for Beijing Xiaomi Company depends on its dense Internet colour's topic marketing,weibo marketing,hunger marketing,fans economy such as marketing strategy;(2)The existing questions in the marketing strategy of the brand value is not high,supply chain control ability is not strong,limited sales channels,lack of core technology,after improvement and many other issues;(3)The Xiaomi Mobile for Beijing Xiaomi Company own competitive advantage,disadvantage,and the mobile phone market environment is complex,opportunities and threats coexist.Therefore,this paper from the precise STP strategy,the implementation of dual brand strategy,cost-effective pricing strategy,expand the offline marketing channel strategy,promotion strategy of marketing "human nature",etc.,which put forward feasibility advice of Xiaomi Mobile for Beijing Xiaomi Company for change marketing strategy,cater to market demand better.
