Knowledge economy and information technology has developed frequently,enterprise platform ecosystem become a means to achieve open innovation and create-value,it is a difficult problem to efficiently manage the ecosystem and to realize O2 O no border management.The ecosystem has the characteristics of openness and sharing and symbiotic,ecosystem needs more flexible organization structure.The management of virtual team is not restricted by regional or culture,it can save a lot of cost,so virtual team is the main method to integrate heterogeneous resources,and play economic effect of platform.Trust is the team interaction during a key ring.Complete stranger among virtual team members for past behavior to each other do not have enough knowledge,to overcome these obstacles and ensure interactive virtual teams need to build trust quickly,thus improving innovation performance.While the behavior of creation not only needs trust,but also needs interaction between team members,transactive memory system within the team coordination and cooperation mechanism to promote interaction and collaboration of knowledge and personnel,at the same time,it weakens the characters of swift trust that vulnerability of the short-term nature and complexity of the task and other negative effects on innovation performance,and promotes the swift trust established and maintained to the end of the project.Characteristics of virtual team that is transboundary makes conflict often occur,we should weaken the negative impact of the conflict on the relationship between virtual teams,the need for the team as a whole have a positive perception.Efficacy is confident the team members of the team to complete the task required capacity,emphasizing the individual factors of synergy to ensure the team's emotional intelligence,which will inevitably affect the whole virtual team,especially for innovation virtual team.The present study makes swift trust as the independent variables,transactive memory system as intervening variable,team efficacy as regulated variable,and explores a theory model between these variables to reveal a influence path of four variables,also hope this paper provides feasible management suggestion for enterprises to realize no-boundary management.The main idea of the writing of this study are as follows: First,a platform of economic theory,social cognitive theory,social exchange theory,and modern theories of conflict,based on trust fast,interactive memory systems,virtual team efficacy and innovation performance of the four variables a literature integration;secondly,on the basis of the literature review,the theoretical derivation of the relevant variables to construct a theoretical model of research;again,during the demonstration,the thoroughness of the questionnaire design,distribution and recycling,and analyze 395 valid questionnaires,data analysis using SPSS and AMOS software,multi-level regression analysis conducted confirmatory factor analysis,regression and mediating effect of moderating effect analysis;and finally,draw conclusions,and make relevant management practices Suggest.The results showed that: swift trust has a significant positive impact on innovation performance;interactive memory system has an intermediary role between the trust and rapid innovation performance;team efficacy has a significant role in the regulation of trust between fast performance and innovation,while efficacy team also played a significant role in regulating the interaction between the system memory and innovation performance.
