Analysis Of Cooperative Development Of City Cluster Around Poyang Lake

The problem of modern urban agglomeration is thought to have been first proposed by the famous British Urbanist Ebenezer Howard in the 20 th century.He put forward the concept of urban agglomeration in Tomorrow: A Peaceful Way to Real Reform.Although the process of urbanization in modern China is slow,since the 1980 s,with the continuous enhancement of China's comprehensive national strength and the rapid development of urbanization,the regional economic pattern is undergoing new changes,and the national regional economic development has entered a new period of "mutually beneficial coexistence,cooperation and win-win".More and more attention has been paid to the coordinated development of regional economy,and the coordinated development among urban agglomerations and even within urban agglomerations is the core link affecting the overall development of the region.As one of the most developed urban agglomerations in Jiangxi Province and in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,the urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake is the core position of the three economically developed regions,namely,the Yangtze River Delta,the Pearl River Delta and southeastern Fujian,and it is the hub connecting the coast and the inland.The coordinated and stable development within urban agglomeration directly affects the social and economic development of Jiangxi.Taking the urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake as the research area,this paper combs the current situation of the coordinated development of the urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake from four aspects of economy,society,innovation and environment by using the theory and method of coordinated development on the basis of referring to and drawing lessons from the relevant theories of geography,economics,management and sociology,and adopts the comprehensive index and system coupling of the evaluation index of urban agglomeration.Combining the methods,this paper compares the economic,social,innovative and environmental development indices of the urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake and its six sub-urban agglomerations from 2012 to 2016,analyses the changes of the overall development index and the synergetic index of the urban agglomeration,and summarizes the basis,favorable conditions and shortcomings of the synergetic development of the urban agglomeration.The results show that:(1)The comprehensive development index of urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake shows a steady and increasing trend year by year,from 0.506 in 2012 to 0.894 in 2016.The development state of urban agglomeration is from primary coordination to intermediate coordination,and has a development trend towards advanced coordination stage.The higher the index of urban agglomeration development is,the more stable the sustainable development of urban agglomeration is.The overall trend of the development index of the four subsystems of economy,society,innovation and environment is rising,but the development speed is different.In 2012,the development index environment > society > economy > innovation,the economic and social development of urban agglomeration lags behind the development of environment.By 2016,it will become society > economy > environment > innovation.The development speed of economy and society is far faster than that of environment and innovation subsystem.Innovation factors have always been the weakest link in the development of urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake.(2)The synergy degree of development of urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake has been increasing year by year,from 0.700 in 2012 to 0.7804 in 2016,with a growth rate of 14.65%.According to the criteria of synergistic development of urban agglomeration,it can be seen that the development of urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake in 2012 is in the primary synergetic stage.The development characteristics of urban agglomeration in this stage are that the problems and conflicts within urban agglomeration are alleviated,and synergies among them are established.The synergy index of urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake has been improved from 2013 to 2015,but the synergy state of urban agglomeration has not changed in stages.The synergy development state of urban agglomeration is still in the intermediate synergy stage,and its synergy degree is 0.730,0.758 and 0.784,which indicates that the synergy development of urban agglomeration has been further strengthened and is gradually moving towards the state of integration.Strive.In 2016,the synergy of urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake is moving towards a higher level of intermediate synergy stage,in which the social and economic links among urban agglomerations are deepened and the development of urban agglomerations is in an integrated state.(3)The development status of Nanchang metropolitan area is better than other urban agglomerations,and the development is more balanced.Each development index is above 0.70.Nanchang metropolitan area is the core area of the urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake,but innovation and environment need to be further strengthened and developed.Jiujiang metropolitan area has the smallest regional scope,but it contains the main areas with good development status in Jiujiang city,and its development potential.The power is second only to that of Nanchang metropolitan area,except for the innovation subsystem,the other development indices are also higher than 0.70,but the development gap of innovation,environment,economy and social subsystems is larger than that of Nanchang metropolitan area.The development index of Jingwu Pocheng Group is in the middle level in the whole city group around Poyang Lake,and its economic subsystem development index has been between 0.6 and 0.7 in the past five years,and shows a lower level.The development index of society and environment is about 0.8 and 0.7 respectively,and the innovation development index is low,which is the lowest value of six sub-town groups in the past years.Jiulingshan-Mufushan Scenic Spot,as a tourist resting place around Poyang Lake City Group,has the main advantage of environmental development over other sub-town groups,and its overall development index is the lowest until 2016.The development index of the environmental subsystem is only 0.592 in 2000,but it ranks first among the six urban agglomerations in each year.The economic,social and innovative development needs to be further improved.The overall development of Xinyiping urban agglomeration is on the upper middle level in the urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake.The main driving force of the overall development of the urban agglomeration is the development of the social subsystem,and the economic and environmental factors are in the development of the urban agglomeration.To some extent,innovation is the factor restricting development;the overall development of urban agglomeration in the Xinjiang River Valley is in the middle-lower level of the urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake.Society and environment are the main factors to promote the overall development of urban agglomeration.The development index of the economic subsystem is above 0.7 from 2012 to 2016,and the development index of the economic subsystem is between 0.60 and 0.70.The development of innovation factors refers to the development of innovation factors.The development index of Jiulingshan-Mufushan scenic spot is similar to that of Jiulingshan-Mufushan scenic spot,which mainly plays a role of tourism and recreation.(4)In 2012,the synergistic development of urban agglomerations in Xinjiang River Valley changed most significantly,from primary synergy to intermediate synergy.From 2013 to 2016,the six sub-urban agglomerations around Poyang Lake City Cluster have been in the intermediate coordination stage.In this stage,the internal development of urban agglomeration pays attention to cooperation and win-win consciousness,and the coordinated development tends to be stable.There is little difference in the coordinated index between sub-urban agglomerations,and the level of coordination is relatively balanced.The coordinated index basically maintains between 0.70 and 0.79.Among them,the coordination degree of Nanchang metropolitan area is the highest;Jiujiang metropolitan area is the second;Xinyiping urban agglomeration and Xinjiang Valley urban agglomeration rank third and fourth;Jingwu Po urban agglomeration and Jiulingshan-Mufushan scenic spot are similar,the former is slightly higher than the latter.The self-synergy index of each sub-town group changed slightly in 5 years,and the change range was not more than 0.8%.
